Haircut looked good, barber was friendly and professional My only complaint is the suggested tip options in the credit card. While I thought the service was excellent, $10 tip (the minimum suggested) on a $36 dollar bill is almost 30%, which is ridiculous. The next option was $20, over 50%!!

Damon (Stylist) and the receptionist (Name ? - Sorry ! ) working went above and beyond our needs. The receptionist was so understanding that my father is on Hospice Care. He cares about his physical appearance and the attention to detail at Floyds99 exceeds the standards of basic barber shops. The receptionist was caring and patient as extra time was needed to get in and out of the chair. We are very impressed how clean the shop is maintained. We will continue to patronize Floyds99 for many years to come with our family.
