We like Fly away. There seems to be a chronic shortage of personel & front desk folks not showing up for their shifts on time that effect the smooth flow of service.

Attentiveness of parking attendants. It was an overwhelming amount of cars coming in with only 2 parking attendants. They weren't frustrated and made regular announcements to the customers.
