I was amazed that my car was ready (with key on dashboard) when I returned from the airport to the car lot. I was also happy that I only had to wait 5 minutes for the shuttle I will be using them again.

I like the convenience, price and the valet service. Just make sure your staff who parks the cars that they turn car completely off before removing keys. My battery was dead when I came to pick up.
