The service is top notch, every time I walk into the store, the guys greet me right away. I have a 1.5 toddler who every one was very sweet with, gave her a sticker.
I decided I wanted to start riding a bike for exercise, and purchased a new bike online, that came damaged. Rim warped, inner tube wouldn't hold air, and more. It was not returnable so I took it to FDL Cyclery and they had it in working order in 4 days.
The employees are very knowledgeable about their product. I always feel welcome. I can get questions about bike/trike problems answered honestly. Trust is big. My repairs are done quickly. I bought 2 Trek bikes 30 years ago there and their product is top notch.
Alyssa and Bart know my family's bikes better than I do. I stopped into pick up a kickstand for my son's bike and realized I had no idea what size his new bike was. Luckily, they knew exactly what I needed and had me ready to go about my day in just a few minutes. I really appreciate their passion for making biking accessible and the personal service you get each time you step in the store.
Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The bike I ordered came in much sooner than expected. And when I came in it was set up ready to ride. The guy that helped me came out of the repair area on a Friday late afternoon. And showed me all the mechanics of the bike. And went out back and watched me ride to make sure that seat height and handle bar height was a perfect fit for me. That means a lot to me. He spent a lot of time with me and they were busy.
