I didn’t feel rushed. I was able to ask questions and I found the staff very knowledgeable about the products they sell and service. I was looking for a specific item for my bicycle that they did not have in the shop but they were very helpful when it came to ordering it. Received a call a couple days later informing me that they had my item. Picked it up right away. I was very excited. I would definitely recommend this shop.
