About 30 years ago when I purchased bikes for my children, I found a cycle deal dealership with the same type of service as I received by you. It was thorough and you offered the suggestions. I needed to make sure that my grandson did not outgrow his bike within one year. And took the time to adjust the seat and explain your services. Although I spent more on the bike than I thought I would, I appreciate the extras as well as the service and time you spent with me. Thank you much.

The staff and owner are extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable about electric bikes and did the needed tuneup, brake repair, and wheel spoke realignment. Very affordable. They even assisted lifting trike into back of van. Would highly recommend.

Everyone is always so nice and patient when we stop in. We had our young kids with us who had high energy and were being typical toddlers (wanting to run/ride all the bikes) but he sales guy was awesome with them. He went above and beyond by offering wiki sticks for them to play with while my husband and I could process bike info and talk. I will always continue to support businesses that work WITH my kids and us as parents.

Great service. Took the time with Pat going over what kind of bike would be best for my husband. It ended up being one of the three wheel bikes and I cannot wait to go out on the trails when it finally gets warm. My bike got a tuneup and they did an amazing job on it. We’ve been going to FDL Cyclery for over 10 years and we will continue to go because of their great service and knowledge of all their staff.

I needed to replace a cracked rim on my dinosaur era mountain bike, and Pat went out of his way to locate a complete new rim. The new rim arrived 3 days later. Excellent service and customer service! I'm looking to purchase a new Trek bike in the very near future and Fond du lac Cyclery will be the first place I go!
