You need to take a look at your biggest and best competitor in your market, The Walking Company. 1) better pricing, 2) larger style selection 3) more available colors, 3) more sizes available in store to purchase same day and wear. No one wants to wait 2 weeks for a pair of shoes and hope they fit. If they don't it's another 2 weeks before you get another size to see if they fit. Not waiting a month for a pair of shoes that cost $120 - $140/pair. Will most like buy all my future shoes from The Walking Company. I do recommend your store, but only secondary to The Walking Company.

I have narrow feet and there certain brands that I can buy narrows. That is only the beginning. The service was remarkable. My consultant spent much time helping me get the right size and style. When the order came in, she worked with insoles making sure I had a comfortable fit. That is the only place I’ll buy in the future.
