I like that your staff actually help customers who are in pain and that your staff really understand feet. I recommended your store to my husband who was having foot pain. He now has shoes that help him walk without pain. From the moment the salesman held his foot pressing exactly where he was experiencing pain I knew that my husband felt confident that he was in the right place. I thought back to when I had trouble walking due to a metatarsal issue where pads inserted into my shoes under the insole allowed me to walk without pain. Thank you for what you do. Your staff were able to source the sandals I wanted (Oofos) in the colours and sizes I needed. It took a while but communication was very good.

All products are of the finest quality. Staff is well trained and will not sell you something that does not fit. The inventory has expanded into a wider selection of styles and colours. Customers are encouraged to try shoes out in their homes.
I appreciate the service more than products, per se... which could potentially be found elsewhere. The service in my view has two dimensions that are both necessary, and in this establishment are abundant. First; expertise... that is the combination of knowledge about anatomy and ailments combined with experience that enables the staff to provide effective solutions with deceptive ease. Second, attitude, the honest care they have for their customers which is not in the least patronizing. I feel, and see other customers feel, treated with respect and care. For doctors this can be called "bedside manner" - but that makes it sound like something that is put on and taken off. I believe the care and respect is genuine, not a facade; and this is the other half that would have me buy more shoes that I need if I were more materially inclined!
