The people working at Foothill Cyclery are courteous & professional. The mechanics do their jobs well. Yes, it can be expensive...I'm someone who owns & rides several bikes, including 2 ebikes. I have found that repairing an ebike can be expensive, but I consider that a nature of the beast type of thing...so to speak.
