Foothill Cyclery offers the best trained and experienced bicycle sales and technical staff of any bike shop I’ve dealt with in San Luis Obispo County. The staff is always friendly, ready and willing to help with the smallest of tasks such as repairing a flat to making bicycle adjustments for increasing riding comfort for short and long range distance riding. The manager didnt try to upsell us on any bikes. He asked what it is we were using the bikes for. Gave us a list of options and the ones he would recommend. He allowed us to try them and didnt push us to commit. After a few months of thinking through we went back and gave us the same treatment. We did go back with more questions and he is very knowledgeable. We could tell he is passionate about his work and helping match clients with their bike.
