We love that it teaches our son to love the art of learning and the process, not just meeting milestones.

Most of the staff is truly amazing. Ms. Maria, Ms. Yasnay, Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Dana, Ms. Heatheranne, Coach Bob, etc… are all real gems. There’s more great ones too, and the rest are ok. There’s a few that are difficult, but they are all tolerable. The teachers need raises with all the tuition increases. The tuition increases have not been reflected with any imorovements or additions. The school is the same as it was when we started seven years ago, but double the price. The school may be getting too liberal and woke. We prefer zero politics and personal beliefs in the classroom. A lot of boys leave the program after primary, because it is missing male students, male teachers, masculinity, competition, sports, toughness, etc…. The tuition is outrageous and unaffordable. We may have to leave the school because of it. A lot of families have left, because they cannot afford it anymore. The school is almost over crowded for the space. It needs misters and more shade at pickup and all over the school. It’s really hard not having a gym or cafeteria in the desert. Also, the PTO and the parents pick up and pay for so much that the school does not. They rely on the parents to fund so much of the extra necessary crafts, events, food, etc… that the school does not. We literally spend thousands to make the school what it is and special. It’s not necessarily Endeavor we recommend, it’s the parents and the FMS community/family and the parent/teacher connection. And, my favorite thing is being allowed to volunteer and be on campus and involved regularly. Some teachers are very welcoming, and some aren’t. It’s a challenge when you get a classroom that isn’t as welcoming. The tuition doesn’t cover enough of what you get, the parents cover the best part of the school.

As a teacher, I’m genuinely happy to be here. The environment is warm and welcoming, with everyone being consistently kind and polite. It’s clear that the staff truly values collaboration and support, as they are always available to lend a hand or simply listen when needed. This sense of community makes it a joy to come to work each day and ensures that everyone feels respected and valued. It’s inspiring to be part of such a positive and encouraging workplace.
