Service began within 4hours. That afternoon the carpet was lifted, the pad removed and fan and dehumidifier put to work. Everyone was kind and efficient. When they went outside to pick up a rug that needed to be cleaned they noticed that water was coming out of a pipe on the outside of my house . They did not leave me until the problem was resolved.. I am so grateful for that kindness. Thank you.
