Jane's yoga class/meditation is amazing. Please adjust the AC as the weather gets warmer. It is very warm in the upstairs studio. Exercising in heat is not healthy, and can even be dangerous for people with cardiac issues. Thanks!

Great facilities, however I've had to purchase equipment such as Weight pins in order to continue using the equipment. Please repair the equipment as needed and not let it sit idle

I love the Ft. Monroe YMCA. The employees are friendly, the location is perfect. I like going to an earlier workout and then going to watch the sunrise. I like that it has all updated equipment and I've never seen anyone filming there.
