I love the Silver Sneakers class ! I also enjoy being in that beautiful, historic building. I always feel safe at the Fort and quite often drive through the old Fort and over to the waterfront for the wonderful view. It is a special place!

It’s small and not overcrowded. However, it needs a thorough cleaning. There is dust and dog hair all over the floors. I see one young man who vacuums and sweeps but he isn’t there every day.

Misha was very respectful and informative in showing my husband and me the beautiful facility. My husband has severe disability due to a stroke and Misha explained all the wonderful amenities to help my husband maintain his fitness and mobility.

The Ft Monroe Y is near my home, and I like the availability of the studio floor for mat exercise as well as the overall stock of equipment.

I like that this location is less crowded and has a lot of equipment. It's actually farther than 3 of them from me, and about the same as two other, I just prefer this location!
