We took our travel trailer to General RV in Ft Myers after the main AC unit wasn't cooling. They diagnosed the problem and replace an entire air conditioner with the newest Gen2 unit under warranty. Lance in service was particularly helpful and kept us informed throughout the process and was mindful of the fact that we had plans on using our travel trailer in the near future.
