Very friendly.As soon as you walk in the door you're met by the service representative (Lance) and you have their full attention. From then on you're walked through every detail of your service. They keep in touch and let you know if they find anything extra before they do anything. Coach was finished on time and the work was professionally done. Veterans get a discount on parts. I highly recommend General RV

All aspects of the purchase process were handled well and with transparency. We drove more than two hours, from Tampa, to look at a used RV. You can’t always see the issues in the promotional images. Our salesman, Dan, went above and beyond in showing me the true state of the coach. We had some complications with our tow vehicle being repaired from a collision, so they delivered our RV to our home. The walkthrough was everything you would hope for. Our technician was patient and thorough.
