Everyone is attentive and helpful when you are in the buying process. No high pressure sales tactics and no swapping between people trying to get you to buy. We purchased our new trailer and it needed some simple repairs before we would take delivery. One thing that could be improved is for someone to take the lead in keeping us informed on what is happening and when it’s happening. There was a bit of confusion in trying to figure out who was going to keep communicating with us after having just bought a hundred thousand dollar rv and let us know when our expensive new rv would be delivered. I had to go find this out on my own. I’m not afraid of delays when necessary but the dealership needs to jump right into this after purchase process with a lot more enthusiasm.

Gage and Jack was excellent. They both were concerned about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend general rv because of these two individuals. Thank you Gage and Jack . If your thinking of using general rv I think it’s a wise choice as I was very happy and now a raving fans . I certainly will tell my friends my experience as it was great . I will be back for service as well as any future purchases. Thank you .

Always a pleasure to go in for service or warranty. Gage , my service advisor in Fort Myers always remembers my name and takes care of me like I’m his most important customer. My initial purchase was easy and pleasant, but a great service department and advisor is what matters most to me as it affects my ownership quality. I certainly have a great one with Gage and the team in Fort Myers.

I appreciate Shannon. The issues I’m bringing in aren’t trivial or straightforward to solve, and she keeps progress moving and communicates to me along the way very well. Credit to the techs in the shop for sure, but it’s Shannon I see and talk to. We still have some parts on order and more work to do, but I’m pleased with the progress and the commitment.

We took our travel trailer to General RV in Ft Myers after the main AC unit wasn't cooling. They diagnosed the problem and replace an entire air conditioner with the newest Gen2 unit under warranty. Lance in service was particularly helpful and kept us informed throughout the process and was mindful of the fact that we had plans on using our travel trailer in the near future.
