The classes are all phenomenal. I’ve taken a wide variety (body attack, body pump, body balance, cardio strength intervals, and core), and every class is great. The instructors are all knowledgeable and very prepared (Rachel, Laura W., Laura B., Maggie, Shan, Dani, Amelie, and anyone that’s subbed for them), and I get a great workout every time.
I also absolutely love the child watch. Every teacher is so nice and my kids love going there. I know my kids will be safe and have so much fun while I get in some time for myself, and I really appreciate everything that’s done in there to make that happen!
I like that they offer evening classes, for the working people.
I do wish that they would have an abs work out class, or even a machine in the gym that focuses on abs.
The atmosphere is so warm. I had already noticed that and a friend who recently joined felt the same way when she walked in. I love the class with Eliot Perez although I have had to take a break for a while. He makes class a lot of fun.
I'm elder and I use the gym two, three times a week. Ir is well equipped and the support staff, AJ, Cheryl, Jordan are helpful. I always enjoy my time at the Y.
I like how close it is to my home. I like the size of the gym: not too big, not too small. I like that parking is free and available. I like that I feel comfortable at the gym even though I grew up feeling very uncomfortable in other gyms. I love that I can go work out with my kids. It's been great for us to share these fun and healthy experiences together.
