The total organization was perfect , starting with the transfer from hotel to FourSeasons RVRental in Abbotsford , the total trip with the motorhome and the transfer from FourSeason s back to the hotel at the end of the journey. A great experience!!!

The quick and easy service by getting and return the RV. The RV was very comfortable and easy to use. The heater worked very well. Even if we had minus degrees outside in the RV it was comfortable warm.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and understanding since we had our very first RV rental. The vehicle was in very good shape and had everything that we could wish for during our travel. No technical defects or any other issues during the rental. Great return and check out without any hazel or discussions, even when we managed to crush some plates. We have rented 6 or 8 times with you folks; the staff are great, the service is good, and the product is predictable. Problems this time, though. Our unit was older (2022) and relatively high miles - 78,000 kilometres, which I figure means 40 to 50 rentals. It showed its age. We had problems with the electrical system that screwed up three days of our trip and meant we had to detour to Kelowna to get them fixed. The RV door kept locking on us. The fridge kept shutting off, likely because of the electrical problem, which is a serious nuisance when you are at a provincial campground. We called the help line, and the staff were helpful, but they thought the problem was either that the batteries were defective or we were running them down without recharging. Unit 77778, look up the service report. I am going to ask for a credit for the three days that the mechanical problems screwed up

Great Camper, got almost everything you need! The driving was good, it has a lot of storage room and the service was great (for the pickup as well as for the drop off). Especially the shuttle to the airport hotels was great for us. However, unfortunately the holding tanks were very troublesome (both grey and black water), cause the displays were incorrect and even when following the manual the tanks were not empty after dumping. We were missing the “inside flushing” of the thanks that we weren’t allowed to use. Also some of the mosquito nets were installed incorrectly and not fitting, so mosquitos got in. As we saw the reason, we helped ourselves with some tape. Last some little things to add: the pan we had was very small for cooking and there was no toilet brush, so we bought these things in the beginning of our trip. But all in all: wonderful experience, we had the camper for 2 months and loved (almost) every minute of it - so 9 out of 10!

This year we had the second time a RV 24 of Four Seasons in Abbotsford and it was again a perfect prepared vehicle to have a great time in Canada. The equipment was very complete, just perfect! We missed nothing. The rental office of Four Seasons in Abbotsford is highly recommended!
