We were returning travelers, renting in Vancouver for the second time. Last year a round trip to Vancouver, this year a one-way trip from Vancouver to Calgary. The location in Abbottsford is cozy, everything runs smoothly, and the staff is friendly. The location in Calgary looks grander and is well-organized. The checkout process went smoothly, and the staff is friendly. We are fans; who knows, maybe we'll come back again someday...

We were very happy with the RV itself, and even got a free upgrade. The team explained all the functions of the vehicle and what we should and when. The only downside was the waiting around at pick up and drop off, easily water 2-3 hours of our holiday. And there appeared to be confusion as we booked unlimited mileage.
