We are familiar with the specific motorhome - C Large - and everything worked fine. Several suggestions: 1. The level indicator on the tanks did not function. Is there a way you can insist people do not put coffee grinds in the gray water? 2. Regarding the invoice - we had two "credits" - these should have had a "-" before them. But they were included as just another item. There should be a better way to indicate what is charged and what is a credit. We shared these two items when we returned the motorhome yesterday. Hopefully these issues will be addressed.

Best service and help, whatever we needed. Very good accident management, as I got into anothrr bumper. When starting we got an excellrnt introduction by Raffael in German, that helped. Giving back our RV in Calgary, we hadn't any problems. Thanks to Bettiba. And thanks to the very friendly Daniel, who mafe our shuttle to Calgary airport.

We had a great experience, everything worked out so well! Picking up our R.V. at Abbotsford was really smooth. A lovely lady called Jeanette showed us everything and gave us some great top tips which really helped our experience! We had a medium class c and it was perfect, not too big to drive (as first timers) but was super comfortable and convenient. Dropping off in Calgary also worked well, it was a much bigger location with lots of people dropping off and a queue to join, but the staff were really nice and helpful, the shuttle was great and dropped us right at our hotel - the driver Jerry was lovely! Thanks for a great experience - we would definitely recommend to others.
