Our travel advisor is efficient and capable at handling all of our travel needs and questions. She responds quickly to our emails and phone messages. When we had flight cancellations due to weather, she helped us find new flights. Because of those cancellations we also lost out on two days of our Disney resort stay and she was able to get refunds for us for those two nights.
