Alana at the Brookfield office, our travel agent, is always very helpful and accommodating. The one thing I wish Fox did is itemize every item on the final invoice, separating out insurance cost, flight cost, transfer cost, etc. I think this is something that needs to be done through your billing software.

While I love working with Fox World Travel my recent encounter was great except for the process to complete my trip.
Why do you make your agents jump through hoops to finalize a trip?.
The time it takes to complete is ridiculous. I feel for the agents and for myself as time is precious for everyone.
I have never been disappointed with Fox because of their knowledge, experience, and friendliness.
I’m just not happy with the new process to complete a reservation for a trip.

I was getting frustrated trying to plan a trip for myself and my 2 adult children and their families and I was beginning to think it wasn’t going to happen. Then I met with Marisa Pifher and she was wonderful! She was very patient in helping me to narrow things down and gave great advice. She was very knowledgeable and I valued her suggestions. Marisa was great in always getting back to me on a timely basis. So thanks to Melissa, we are going to Hawaii in spring and we are all very excited! I will be forever grateful for her making my dream come true and I will definitely recommend her to others!
