After receiving an email from Fox World Travel regarding vacations to Alaska, we decided to contact them. Amy Bunnell answered the call, she answered my questions, so we scheduled an appointment to meet her. We were pleased at what we saw and heard so booked our adventure. The only problem is that I received the email from Fox World Travel at 3:11 pm on Friday, August 29, 2025. Once looking over booking information, I see that we missed out on a huge perk... Book before September 2025: Early Booking Bonus Upgrade to Elite Beverage Package Upgrade to Premium Wi-Fi Complimentary Crew Appreciation (onboard staff gratuities) It sure would have been nice to get these bonus items. We would have had less than 2 hours to see the email, make the call, get questions answered and book the vacation. Paul and [NAME REMOVED]

How knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and helpful the agents are! After I messed up and our agent was on vacation ….another agent picked up where I messed up and helped me without hesitation. It was all taken care of and I didn’t have to wait and worry until our agent was back! All the work our agent did was saved because the other agent knew what to do!
