Clear instructions & ease of use from start to finish. I'd only used our travel service one other time, and it was easy that time, more so now however - keep up the great work!
When trying to book a flight and hotel through Concur I learned my company credit card on file was old after I made my reservations and received an e-mail saying "invalid card". I struggled getting the card updated since I only travel once or twice a year. Kathy (don't know last name but learned she was in Michigan) answered your customer service line the evening of 4-2-26 and was she able to walk me through the card update process so the reservation I had made earlier when through.
