Bought my bike 2 years ago here and a few accessories over the past 2 years. Just brought my bike in for a tune up and they were very friendly and helpful. Definitely not pushy either. I mentioned my son just learned to ride a bike and they reminded me about tax free weekend. I’ll be heading back in to get my son a new bike that fits him properly.
