Fran and her team was truly a blessing! I was struggling to get our home sold as ordered in our divorce a year prior. Fran was able to make the property sellable with aggressive marketing, sales tactics, and expertise in real estate. She knew what buyers are looking for, the proper list price, and when to make market adjustments. We received multiple offers in a declining market and was one of the few homes that sold at LIST PRICE! I am very grateful to Fran for her consistence and dedication to help our family. I have purchased 4 homes and sold 3 homes over the years. No other real estate experience came close to the dedication, work ethic, and sales profit that I received from Fran. Fran was amazing. She kept in constant touch throughout the entire home buying experience. She went above and beyond what I was expecting from a realtor. She gave us great opinions and things to think about that helped us in our search. She even befriended the realtor of the sellers of the house we purchased in order to help our offer get picked. She did everything in her power to make sure we got the right house for the right price. She truly looked out for our best interests and helped us find the perfect home. We could have settled on something sooner, but Fran didn't want us to just settle, she wanted us to find the dream house. And eventually, we did find the dream house. It was all thanks to Fran. She is amazing.
