Franks is not your typical high touch customer service bike shop. However they are exactly what you want. They do a great job, don’t gouge you and the guy in Waltham is a salt of the earth, knowledgeable bike guy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Plus the dog is worth a visit.

I am so thankful to Frank and Ross for their skillful work repairing my aged, like me, Bianchi bicycle. The bike had a number of problems, and I don’t think just anybody could have fixed it. I’ve been going to Frank for very nearly 50 years, I think. He does not disappoint. At the beginning he gives an idea of the amount of work that will be involved, and a realistic forecast of how long it could take. Then he follows through, does his very good work on your bike, and makes sure you are satisfied with the results. What a good man, and what a good, solid, business he runs. Thanks again, Frank and Ross (who did the work on my bike). DMH
