This past summer our mother passed away and we were in need of a real estate agent to facilitate the listing and sale of her home. Given the Hunt reputation, we called the local office and Frank Zellner answered the phone. He expeditiously came by the following day and talked with us at length about a strategy to successfully list her house at a competitive price. Being that we live out of state, it was going to be difficult to coordinate the pre-listing repairs required to have a successful sale. Frank knew the right people to contact for everything and coordinated times to meet them at the house for the work. He took point communicating with them and us on a regular basis - essentially handling everything for us. We were thrilled to receive multiple (over the listing price) offers and firmly believe this was the direct result of Frank's listing strategy.
