The technician, John, is very helpful. He is willing to perform the cleaning, which is what I pay for. The inspection is also done well. I am looking for him to return for the next follow-up service every two months.

Excellent Service! The technician was so accommodating and alwasy on time, in fact early. He spent the time to explain to me the processes and how they work. They offered up a document outlining thes ervice performed and what they found, as well as recomenadtions on making the property less desireable to the cockroaches.

Loren who was training someone ion the job was very friendly and helpful ,giving me time to remove out some stuff from the kitchen cabinets and washrooms in order to make the spray more effective.
