The service department is amazing. Amy was wonderful to deal with on the phone. We were in no rush to get our service done and the fixed what we asked without trying to up charge us on anything. Will definitely be using them from here on out.

We were travelling from Ontario to Vancouver island we got to Leduc Alberta and realized the black tank had a clog on our recently purchased used 5th wheel. I was unable to unblock it the usual ways you would, I called Fraserway rv and spoke to Amy, she was very accommodating to our circumstance with time, they were able to locate and remedy the problem, I would recommend them to anyone that is travelling through the area

Very nice employees in service, help us to get our very first trailer RV, starting with Crysta which She help us and walk through the process of how to use all the components of the RV and also thanks to John as well who showed us the hook up and put everything in place to have it towed properly and gave us safety Tips, I can't thank you guys enough. I just bought a Motorhome. New to the whole RVing. Went to Fraserway to ask some questions about my unit. From the initial time walking in, everyone was very helpful. David in Service. Amy in service, fantastic! Andrew, Service Tech, actually came out and answered all my questions. Didn’t have to do that for me! After I had service done. Tyler, Service Tech, came out and answered all my questions. Parts lady was very helpful also. I apologize I don’t remember her name. All very helpful and friendly. Top notch!

Every person we dealt with at the dealership was great. Sales people, financing, service, manager. Hassle-free while we walked the lot to look at new campers, no sales people right on us. We stopped at 2 other dealerships before fraserway and we couldn't walk ten feet without a sales person beside us. Service attendant very helpful and pleasant. Tech checkup of our RV mechanical problem diagnosed and fixed. Problem with landing gear motor and motherboard was explained. Only issue was that the switches for operating the power devices were not checked and so now they are reversed when for example you want the slide in you have to push the out on the switch. The remote works properly. We would bring it back to have the error corrected but it would be another $50 in fuel to go back and forth to our lot at Pigeon Lake so will use it as is for now.

The staff was friendly and helpful , right from time I entered the building and was greeted by the receptionist to when i left the building. The service advisor took the time and listen to my needs and reviewed it withe me to insure we both understood what was needed. She followed up with a timely estimate of the cost of the work and set a time that worked well for me to get the work completed. There was a small hick-up in the parts to be install but the service advisor had the problem corrected in a timely fashion and at no extra cost to me. All in all I rate the service and work done by Fraser way RV to be completely satisfactory.
