Purchased my trailer from JP five years ago and was so pleased to see him back at Fraserway RV. He always dealt with me fairly and offered a reasonable price on a trade in for a new trailer. Steve did the orientation; same as last time. Steve is one of the most knowledgeable people about trailers in our area and is excellent at teaching customers about their new rigs. Great to see Fraserway RV accommodating him given that he has some physical limitations. Will be back to buy another trailer in a couple of years.

There were a few hiccups with paperwork and than the trailer had a mechanical issue that they repaired. The repair took longer than I expected as it was a pretty easy fix. We were there at 9am for our appointment to drop our trailer than left at 2:45pm. Overall everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The mechanical issue was not anyones fault but the repair took longer than should of. As well as the paperwork back and fourth was a lot as well but they got it done and were friendly and professional. The walk around of our new trailer was great.

I had recently brought my trailer in for a significate amount of maintenance and repairs. After waiting several months the repairs were complete, invoice paid and unit picked up and delivered to my summer lot. Upon over looking the repairs, a few repairs were complete with poor workmanship and lack of care. I reach out to the service manager Justin Turris to express my concerns. Assuming I would be defending my position, Justin waisted no time accommodating my asks and went over above to not only make it right, but showed a high standard to care and customer service. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Madi from your service team, and I must say, she is an absolute gem. Her exceptional customer service skills, professionalism, and reliability are truly unmatched. During a stressful breakdown, when panic was starting g to set in, she remained calm, confident, and reassuring. She confidently assured us that everything was fixable, which helped us to co down and regain our composure. Madi's expertise and poise in handling the situation were nothing short of impressive.. she knew exactly what to do and how to do it, turning a potentially distrousmoment into a manageable, tustable experience. Her presence was not just helpful-it was a beacon of hope in a stressful situation. She is undoubtedly a jewel of Graserway RV and her dedication and kindness left a lasting impression. It's rare to encounter someone so capable and compassionate and I believe she is a true asset to your team.
