My sales rep Gord Chen was fantastic!!! He not only helped me find the small trailer with a walk around bed I was looking for, he pulled off a miracle. We decided last minute on a Friday evening we were going to buy the trailer and asked if we could have it the next day. Normally they would take 2-3 days to prep a trailer to be driven off the lot - Gord made it happen the next day. The manager JP agreed to add our trailer to the long list of trailers set for pick up that Saturday, they added the sway bars we ordered and changed the 12 volt battery to 2 6 volt batteries with box enclosure. Steve was our tech guy - he was fantastic to deal with - showed us all the items we needed to know about including the hot water on demand and made sure we knew how to use all aspects of the trailer. Jason also helped us get the sway bars on and what to look out for. Overall this experience was great. This is our 3rd trailer we have bought from Fraserway (the first one being from Travelhome - under Fraserway). I highly recommend Fraserway RV for anyone looking to buy a trailer.

We recently bought an Unmapped R-pod from Fraser RV Abbotsford. During the process we had the privilege of dealing with some incredibly courteous, friendly folks, starting with the Sales Rep Cody and the Sales Manager JP. Both spent a lot of time with my family and me and ensured our voice was heard and our needs understood. The negotiation for the price of the new unit, trade-in unit, warranty and services was incredibly collaborative and reasonable. During pick up and walk-through, we worked with Mark, and got the most thorough walk-through you can possibly get with many tips and tricks as well on top of how everything functions in the travel trailer. We had also requested installation of the battery, inverter in specific part of the trailer and the service folks Jesse, Rebecca, Tory and other folks in service like Steve and one other person (unfortunately I can't remember the name) went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and the minor issues found were appropriately fixed. During the whole process the friendliness with which the interactions happened allowed us to build a wonderful relationship with everyone. I can't think of better customer service than this. Thank you.

I would not say "I enjoyed the experience". I found it to be overwhelming, with a lot of information shared with many alternatives to choose from in a Class C motorhome. Unfortunately, the motor home I wanted had a "tag" on it and was not known to be unavailable until after we looked at many motorhomes. And I had to try and remember the one I liked 2nd best. This was difficult to say the least. I had a happy surprise that the motorhome I "tagged" also had another note on it that the price had been recently reduced. Unfortunately, that was not seen on the invoice I saw in the RV when we toured. I found this experience to be confusing to say the least. There was also some issues with communication between Bob and Alan, I don't think Bob reads his emails so I was not given me the right info on deliver date & time. There might have been an challenge for Fraserway and the sale as there was also a large RV show happening the next week. If I would have known this I would have been more understanding at the time but no one informed me until I phoned to confirm appts.

Alan was patient as we made our decisions and showed several different models. He has followed up on issues like missing keys and the documents needed to import the rv into the US. He remembered us from 8 years ago. He helped our friends find an rv that they purchased also. He is very knowledgeable about what is available.
