We enjoyed our experience with Fraserway RV because of the care we received from beginning to end. Each person we spoke with were kind, knowledgeable and were genuinely interested in making sure our experience was a good one. We had a myriad of questions being newbies and not one person made us feel like we were asking silly questions. From Angie our saleswoman, Johnny the GM, Shannon for financing, Steve for the delivery and Susan for some of delivery as well, Mark in parts, Aubrey the sales manager - everyone went above and beyond during the whole transaction. We would not hesitate to recommend Fraserway RV to anyone in the market for an RV. You won’t regret it. Thanks all. We appreciate you.

I actually never met the sales person myself but when we came to view a unit Aubrey was very great and gave us time to just be in it and talk. Also I stopped and picked up the extra chairs for the unit and the sales people were amazing! Packed them out, loaded them in my SUV. So helpful! Shannon was great to deal with! [FIRST NAME REMOVED] really liked Brandon and dealing with him. Thought he was fair and straight forward We have already sent a few friends your way. We are still waiting for service however on the items that came substandard to be fixed. Hopefully soon.

I called on Wednesday with some concerns about our fifth wheel. I expected the response to bring it in, in a few weeks. However I was very impressed when they scheduled me in the next day. We were going to be going to Jasper the following Tuesday so they assured me it would be all done on Saturday. And it was! I asked for some additional service to be done which was all completed. They made us feel as though our fifth wheel was a priority. We are very happy with the friendliness, the “we can do that” attitude, and quality repairs and service.

The shopping process and purchase of our new trailer was excellent, Everyone from the receptionist when we first walked in, to our sales rep Mike, Sales manager Aubrey and our delivery tech Steve were professional and easy to deal with. I wanted to take delivery of our new trailer the same day and everyone made it happen. Thank You so much for the excellent experience. More than happy to recommend friends or family looking to buy a RV to shop at your dealership.
