This will be our third time purchasing a new RV, first time with Fraser RV in Airdrie. This whole experience has been positive from the first moment we walked in…from the friendly, helpful receptionist, to Chad our salesman, Steve the manager, Gerry the Business Manager and Dallas who walked us through the RV. You might ask why? All of these individuals like their jobs, this was clear to me….was not about making the sale but more about “we want you to walk out happy”. You do not see that much these days….we were totally impressed with everyone here and if you’re in the market for an RV, I recommend you make a stop here, you won’t be disappointed.

We recently purchased a used travel trailer from Fraser Way RV. Right from the receptionist pointing us in the direction of the used inventory to the salesperson Collin that we met when we had some questions. The entire experience was stress free and without any pressure. We had no sales people following us around, we were left alone until we wanted to ask some questions about a unit we had seen on their website. Collin found the unit we were looking for in the shop were it was being serviced. After looking at the unit we left. We went back the next day and decided to make a deal. After a little negotiation we purchased the trailer. At that time due to their scheduling we were informed we could pick it up the following Tuesday. Extremely happy with the entire dealership from service through the detail department as they all worked together to get the trailer ready for Friday. We picked up a very clean serviced and ready to go trailer ahead of their original schedule. If you are looking for an RV I would highly recommend our salesperson Collin and the entire team at Fraser Way. Kevin.

I have been renting motorhomes from Fraserway twice a year for the last five years? They were always awesome to deal with, and the units were always in great shape. Earlier this year, I decided that I want to buy one, and so I went in to speak with the great staff at Fraserway RV in Airdrie, and recently bought my own unit that was previously part of their rental fleet. As expected, the unit was in great shape, well maintained, good quality, and I am excited to start travelling in my “new to me” motorhome! I will be taking my business for servicing to Fraserway as I trust the staff and company to do a good job. Thank you, everyone!

At Fraserway you are not just another customer, you are family. Customer service is next level. I had a lot of hail damage to repair and a short time to get it done as I had my rv rented out and they made sure all the repairs were done in time. I was truely amazed! The FraserwayRV sales and service team made our buying experience painless. Our lightly used former rental class C motorhome was immaculately detailed prior to delivery and when we found minor discrepancies after our first night of camping, including a missing snap fitting and sliding curtain carriers and a leaking toilet seal, the parts were cheerfully provided. We will certainly use FraserwayRV to maintain our unit going forward and will unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase an RV at a fair price and with excellent service.

They listened to our issues & made a plan to tackle each one (there were a few). With a timeline they stuck to. Things are now working good as we’re out on a 3 week holiday using & enjoying our motorhome.

I like both the new service manager and service advisor Nicole. She explains things well and is clear. I was away for 5 weeks and wanted to get the work done while I was away so appreciate fraserway was able to do this by storing my unit in their yard. The work was done and it was done well.

The staff particularly was extremely helpful and emerying was sorted out for us. We did the annual maintenance check and feel very at ease going camping this coming summer knowing that all systems were check, small repairs made. These people are pros! I will continue to use their service for this important step prior to going camping.

I had a wonderful experience from the RV show, right through to ordering our new travel trailer. The Fraserway team helped us choose the trailer that suited our needs and then communicated with us until we got our unit. When we went in to pick up our new trailer the team was full of excited energy and were super helpful from finance and warranty to teaching us how to use the trailer and it didn't end there! The parts department person was equally as excited about getting us camping with all the right parts and accessories! What an awesome experience! Please choose Fraserway, you can't beat the energy and enthusiasm they have for getting customers out having fun.
