My camper has been very excellently serviced twice at Fraserway in Airdrie. The technicians do a great job, are very thorough, and stand by their work. The new seal tech machine caught a number of tiny leaks (undetectable to the eye) that were addressed and the manufacturer paid for all of these repairs even though the unit warranty had passed. This was due to the clear photos taken by Nicole at the front desk and her request to have this covered by the manufacturer. This is above and beyond quality customer service and demonstrates the level of care and concern on the part of the service team. I highly recommend them, and I now plan to take my camper in yearly for inspections and repairs. Now I can have total confidence in my unit knowing that if anything needs addressing, there is a place to go. This looks like a great way to protect my investment! I can't thank everyone enough!

It was refreshing to have Colin show us the product without pressure to make a sale and at the same time he showed a desire to find us a unit to fit or needs. The company has priced the units competitively and fairly apparently by previous use based on mileage and age. I appreciate this policy because the used car salesman attitude and typical games had no place to prevail at Fraserway RV The whole transaction was handled well, sure there was hiccups but all were taken care of efficiently. Thank you to all the staff for a job well done!

I was very lucky to have Tabatha as our sales lady She was amazing no pressure just showed us the stuff they had and explained what things were If you find something you like don't waste time put a deposit because it may not be there tomorrow lol.
