We were met by Brad at the appointed time, he showed us the camper we were interested in and described the features. We never felt pressured or rushed and decided to go ahead with a trade in. Follow up was great and we were shown the features of our new unit. Dealing with the finance manager was pleasant and done quickly. The only thing we were disappointed was the unit was cleaned and engine shampooed as agreed on. The salesman is taking care of getting that addressed.

We wanted to thank some amazing staff members, Danielle, Eric, Tabatha, Dallas and Gerry . They have made an unpleasant experience to a happy one . Eric sold us are first RV and Tabatha helped with service and both where so helpful. Dallas helped with going through the RV . Returning for the second time and getting are second new RV Eric and Tabatha helped us buy our New one, both are alway pleasant and so personal. Danielle was so pleasant at the front listening to are stories of the old trailer and new one. Gerry helping with the finance side was very helpful in getting what we needed. Dallas helped with all the RV go though and any extra we needed on are second one. We love you guys thank you

Everyone was so friendly and nice. It seems Ike everyone likes their job and it shows! A pleasure dealing with everyone! Jarrett always making sure we were happy, even after the texts.Steve for making sure the trailer was fixed to our liking, and Jerry making all the paperwork seamless and a pleasure to deal with. Not to mention the receptionists always greeting us eith a smile and making sure our attention was looked after.

Tabatha is an amazing sales person. She never pressured us or pushed us into buying something that wasn't right for us. She is very knowledgeable and she was so patient. Every other person we were in contact with Steve ( I think his name is) Gerry, Tamara and Heather all super friendly and made the process as easy as possible.
