The service was great. Shane Griffen was very through showing me different models and when i chose one him and a young fellow named Josh were super helpful loading and unloading . They went through the unit in detail and made sure I was comfortable with handling it all on my own.

My experience with Fraserway RV was the very best. They were recommended to me by a friend/co-worker. Shane Griffen was very helpful right from the start and was very patient with my 1000 questions.(I had LOTS of questions as this is my very first truck camper) When it came down to me coming to pick up the camper he was there to walk me through everything. Also a fellow by the name of Josh came along to demonstrate unloading and loading the camper (off one of their trucks onto mine) He was great! Also took great care and made sure i knew exactly how to do everything on my own. Even the finance guy from out west was super helpful (Jerry I believe his name was) I HIGHLY recommend these guys and defiantly will be back:)

My husband and I had been wanted to purchase a travel trailer for many years. We had many questions and were unsure what the best options were for our family. We found a travel trailer online that we were interested in and reached out to Fraserway RV. Codey Hebb contacted us right away. Unfortunately, the one online was already sold but Codey said he had all kinds of units that would suit our needs. We visited Fraserway RV and right away we received a warm and welcoming greeting from all the staff. Codey was with another customer but told us he be with us right away. We started looking around at the units onsite. When Codey was free, he came and found us and remembered us as well! I was quite surprised. He already knew our wants and took us from unit to unit until we found the right one. Codey has an amazing depth of knowledge and was able to answer all our questions. I walked away bedazzled. The service we received from Codey was amazing! He knows all the products inside and out and anticipated all our needs. He offered so much advice and was a pleasure to deal with. I am so happy we choose Fraserway RV.

Very friendly and thorough with instructing us on the features of our new trailer, and ensured we understood how to operate the appliances, components and maintenance.
