-Melissa was very easy to talk to. -I was able to drop off my rv the day before my appt -I was able to pick up my rv a few days later when it was convenient for our schedule. - When I picked it up I needed the forklift to raise my camper in order to hook it on my truck and the process was quick and easy - Costs were reasonable

We requested assistance for a warranty issue with our new 2025 LTV Wonder TB. The LTV Warranty assistant provided details of Fraserway RV in Bedford, NB. Upon contacting them, the Service Manager immediately agreed to our request to book us for the warranty repair, when the part arrived from Winkler, MAN. The part was replaced by the Service Tech on the date and time as scheduled, who also spoke with us explaining some unknown details we weren’t aware of. The Service Manager and service assistant updated us during the time period of the repair. They also assisted us with a ride in their shuttle van to a some blocks away, while we waited. We were very happy and satisfied with the booking, service and assistance as we were able to continue with our once in a lifetime trip, across Canada. Good work Bedford Fraserway RV staff! Cody and Brian are the absolute Best Sales people to work with. They understand our concerns and work with us to make everything right. I would recommend them anyone looking to buy a Trailer. However the Lady in the serviced department is not very nice!!!!! she does not return calls and when confronted , all as she did was throw her fellow co-workers under the bus... which Brian took care of the matter . Overall we are happy with our Serve from Cody and Brian Diana

We had tried two other repair people neither followed through on appointments. Even though our trailer was not purchased through Fraserway their team were responsive and professional, work was completed and we are very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
