We are thrilled with our new to us Adventure 901SB. The care and attention to detail from Shawn, Fahad, and the Prep team was outstanding. A special mention to Morassa and Miranda for their hard work. Shawn ensured that when we came to pickup the camper it was prepared above our expectations. With Shawn's thorough walk through and explanation of all the unique features it made us feel super comfortable with our purchase and adventures ahead. Thank you Shawn for going above and beyond for us! Fahad was so pleasant to work with. He located a unit with the features we were looking for. He also worked hard to make sure we had everything we asked for. From our first visit we where met by Morassa who greeted us and was very pleasant , offered us coffee and tea , and a place to sit while we where greeted by Fahad who was the salesman , he too was very friendly and took time explaining the Motorhomes we where scheduled to test drive , anything he was not to sure of he had Shawn who is the manager there , he has been there for I think 19 years , very knowledgeable and very pleasant as well ! After our purchase we received a phone call making sure we arrived home safely and that we were still happy with our purchase ! We are so very happy and also wanted to mention Cheryl from head office and her colleague Shannon they both where so nice on the phone , took the time to explain the process of payment, and warranty info etc . We already are telling our friends about Fraserway Cookstown ! Thanks Joe and Val Pouget

Fulfilled every agreement we made previously. Attention to detail. Extras, like filling the water tank, rust proofing certain parts, the suer hose. I appreciated the time spent with me: walking through the camper, showing every detail. Very welcoming, friendly and professional. The follow up was impressive. All together a very good and satisfying experience. I have been dealing with Fraser in Cookstown for many years. This is the second camper I bought from them. Their service is outstanding. I will always go to back to them.

Fahad and Shawn went above and beyond to accommodate us outside of regular hours. Also there was a dumping of snow and they worked hours to have the units ready for us when we arrived. From first contact with Fahad to the purchase, working out the details simply an amazing experience. Amazing help with Shawn and Fahad. Fahad saw my custom van for sale on Marketplace and reached out. From there he reached out weekly, provided insight and help me to figure out what was the ideal class C. Both Shawn and Fahad went above and beyond to accommodate my travel to Fraserway, worked hard to have a couple units ready despite the snow and made the process very smooth. Highly recommend and amazing customer service.
