In dealing with Fraserway RV Edmonton on our purchase of a 5th wheel trailer we found Shauna Brown to be amazing, she is knowledgeable, helpful, reliable & honest. She went through the unit prior to pick up and corrected any items that were not completed quickly and efficiently. She offered to come in early if we needed to pick it up before opening. Shauna followed up with a missing key replacement and quickly had it ordered and mailed out to us. We would also like to acknowledge Jason Liber (GM) for following up on our concerns in a quick and timely manner. Jason was able to make us feel appreciated and heard. So welcoming and friendly! Geo made us feel secure and comfortable in choosing our very first family motorhome. Everything went smoothly—from the manager to the finance team—and we truly appreciated all the help and guidance. With the team’s support, we chose the 2022 Adventurer 19RD motorhome—perfect size for our family and very easy to drive, whether for camping or long trips. Most importantly, it gives us the chance to create beautiful and memorable moments together as a family. We’re so excited and can’t wait for our very first family camping experience! Amazing group of people here! They treated our near 20 year old trailer with the same level of care we have for "Our Cabin on Wheels." We had significant roof damage due to a shelter collapse from snowfall. They kept it indoors, got it patched, put a large skylight in, and made it look brand new again without a huge bill at the end. Brought me to tears to be able to keep our trailer alive for our 8 person family. Thank you!

The staff was super nice. We ended up having a snag between provincial taxes and they figured it out for us. Just good hearted people. Loved the guy in the coveralls. Kept my husband busy with chatting about hockey keeping my husband stress free. It’s always a lot of money but it was our time to spend it. They knew my daughter and grandson had died 16 months ago in a car accident and they were so respectful and kind. This is our first RV and I would definitely buy from them again.
