We like the way your people in the Edmonton dealership treated the customers from the time we walked into your show room until the time we drove out the driveway with our Adventurer Motor home. Our sales lady Iris was absolutely fabulous with her knowledge of the units and walked us through the machine from front to back. I thought she had a hand in building the unit with her knowledge. Karen in finance was exceptional as we experienced a problem getting out insurance. Karen could have just put up here hands and said it was not here issue. But no she went the full mile and recommended an insurance broker that she knew would look after our needs. We contacted her recommended broker and had our insurances 30 mins after contacting them. You should be very proud to have employees who believe in the company they work for like the people you have in Edmonton.

Having battery issues, made an appointment to diagnose and ended up replacing lead batteries with one lithium. RV ready as promised and hoping to enjoy the new battery for many years. Also lighter and easier to handle

Working with Iris and Karen was an easy stress free experience. She found the perfect camper for me, and was Very knowledgeable about all the units she showed me. When I came to pick up my camper, Jayson helped me load my new camper, and showed me how to load it properly. All in all, a 10/10 experience. I would definitely recommend buying an RV at Fraser way.

My wife and I were looking at the East to West Ahara lineup, and Fraserway Edmonton happened to be our closest dealer. They were more than accommodating to allow us to see the model we were interested in (in the middle of winter so it was indoors, warm and cleaned). The combined knowledge between sales and the service tech who answered some more technical questions ultimately led to us placing an order at the Edmonton RV Show. We were updated on the progress through production and shipment status, and the unit was fully ready to go at the time of delivery with an excellent walk through. The team including Iris/Robyn, Abhi, and Karen took care of us and made the purchase a breeze, we wouldn’t hesitate to deal with Fraserway Edmonton again!

Last year we bought our first RV, 2021 Thor Hurricane 29M at Fraserway Edmonton on Stony Plain. Our salesperson Iris Doll was very informative, professional and knowledgeable. She was always available to answer questions and meet us whenever we came in from Lloydminster. We would highly recommend Iris Doll as a top salesperson at Fraserway. This month we took the RV in for regular maintenance and a few small issues that needed fixing. We worked with Shanna in the service department to organize our drop off, scheduling of the maintenance and repairs. Shanna was easily to get a hold of and made sure we were kept up to date of all that was needed. We were able to drop it off in Edmonton and have it ready for our first camping trip. Shanna worked very hard to make sure everything was looked after and ready. We are very happy with Fraserway and highly recommend them for sales and service! Brett and Deb
