The parts and service departments help us out in every way they could, before and after we decided to make an insurance claim for our trailer. They kept us informed all the way through the insurance process and the final outcome was very good. They were able to get the work done that met our timeline as our truck insurance was to expire and we had to get the trailer into storage. A great experience all around.

the time . I droped off my trailer and was unable to pick it up for a week . I was told no problem the trailer could stay there till i could get six days later . They winterized it and gave me a clean bill of health . Thank you for making it so easy

Five days after taking delivery I'm thrilled with my Adventurer 19RD and feeling very much at home in it already! All the team were very friendly and reassuring. David Cadena immediately put me at ease with his no-pressure salesmanship, and evident enthusiasm for the product and process of serving customers. Cheryl and David answered all my questions and worked hard to get me everything I wanted. Tracy gave a patient and professional orientation, and Mike dropped in from the shop for a good jaw about RVing in general and some additions or alterations I might want. All-in-all the experience was as free from anxiety as it's possible for such a large purchase to be. I expect I'll get a lot of interest from friends and family when they see my new home on wheels. If anyone's in the market I'll be sure to tell them to talk to Fraserway!

The staff were available to answer our questions and we never felt any pressure to make a decision. All the staff from the sales staff , service, parts , business manager as well as the general manager were available to us and supported our purchase. This was by far the best vehicle purchase we have gone through and we impressed by the level of service the staff provided. Well done Francois and team!
