First of all we know your Kamloops division did not have a manager so the two that were filling in were great and your finance guy from Kelowna was awesome as well. The walk through person I would give a pass to but on the lower end. On pick up a week later it was like we were aliens nothing was ready and they knew we were coming. They never had the plates on which they said they would do but I did it. No one around to help me back in to hook up. Good thing I’ve done this several times before ( good thing I wasn’t a new be ) and with the new lippit leveling jack your people need to know more about the system because you can manually lift the jacks in an emergency situation. Your facility at Kamloops should be able to do all applications at anytime of the year ( temporary restraints on paint protection products)
