When we first started shopping for a motorhome, Fraserway RV in Kelowna honestly wasn’t our first choice since we live in Vancouver. There’s a Leisure Travel Van dealer closer to home, but we just didn’t feel completely comfortable making such a major purchase there. Buying a motorhome is a big decision, so feeling confident in the dealership really matters. We decided it was worth the 4.5-hour drive to Kelowna to see the specific model we wanted in person — and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the entire Fraserway RV Kelowna team made the experience worthwhile. Brennan, our salesperson, was fantastic. He walked us through every step of the process thoroughly and professionally, without even a hint of sales pressure. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit rather than just making a sale. Justin in finance was equally impressive. He took the time to carefully go over all the numbers, answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few!), and made sure we were comfortable and informed before moving forward. We never felt rushed. Doug, their systems specialist, gave us a very detailed and clear walkthrough of the motorhome. There’s definitely a lot to learn when purchasing a unit like this, but he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we felt confident operating all the systems before we left. Making the drive from Vancouver turned out to be one of the best decisions we made in this process. A big thumbs up to Brennan and the entire Fraserway RV Kelowna team for making what could have been a stressful purchase such a positive and smooth experience!

Our sales associate in Kelowna, Jake , was absolutely amazing. We purchased our unit over the phone and he took videos, extra pictures and answered every question we or concern we had. Once to the dealership they walked me through the unit , answered more questions and concerns to a level you only see with high levels of customer appreciation. After a few items were noticed on the walk through, they got on reminding the problems for pick up the next day. I would highly recommend Kelowna Fraserway to anyone as they put the customer first.

When I first met Mark I explained that we just wanted to trade in our Adventurer 24DS motorhome that served us very well after purchasing it from Fraserway when we bought it a few years ago. It is an amazing unit for people on the go and had just about everything we wanted. Mark took the time to listen to our priorities which included a trailer about 24 feet that included a slide as well as a bed that was as close to walk around as possible. He showed me at least five or six options explaining price and when there was even a mistake on the trade in value which we both made he was forthright and honest. We ended up with a trailer only two feet longer and which today makes even more sense than before for us. All through the process Mark was responsive to every inquiry ranging from how much tire life can be expected to how much trailer brake life. He recommended the best possible hitch which we bought as well. Mark and his manager Chris also made every effort to accommodate our personal travel schedules trading in both the motorhome and another personal vehicle. When we went to do the final paperwork it was a pretty seamless exercise in getting things done (title transfers, storage policy, trailer walk through and orientation) along with the generous gesture to store the new trailer while we attend to important family events during Christmas and as we approach the spring. Mark is an awesome person to deal with and is open and honest. I asked him once if he was just salaried or on commission and to my surprise he said commission. It never felt that he was under a commission and it’s important to mention he is one of the reasons I will continue to do business with Fraserway. When you visit Fraserway in Kelowna consider asking for Mark first and see for yourself what excellent customer service is like.
