I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Fraserway RV in Kelowna—easily a 5-star review from me! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. As a first-time travel trailer buyer, I had a lot of questions (and a lot of indecision!). I changed my mind multiple times about which trailer I wanted, and not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Their only priority was making sure I was completely happy—and that meant everything. A huge thank you to Brennan, our salesman, who patiently helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to get us an amazing deal. Doug walked us through every detail of the trailer, with everything fully hooked up so we could test it all—water, power, everything. He was incredibly knowledgeable and handled our endless questions like a pro. Justin in finance made the process smooth and stress-free, securing a great interest rate and clearly explaining all our warranty options without pushing anything we didn’t need. The service team was fantastic as well—getting our first service appointment booked well before the 90-day cosmetic warranty deadline, super easy to talk to and even helping us with our gift card making sure it was loaded and good to go. Special thanks to the two technicians who installed our sway bar hitch and backup camera—and who went the extra mile to fix a snapped bolt on the stabilizer before we even hit the road. That level of care and attention really stood out. And finally, Ashley in insurance was amazing—she took the time to walk us through every coverage option and made sure we felt confident and protected before heading out. I’ll be honest—I’m terrible with names, so I’m really sorry if I missed anyone who helped us along the way. The whole team was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were equal parts overwhelmed and excited, so there was a lot going on upstairs, if you know what I mean—but everyone made the process feel easy and enjoyable. We’re heading out on our first trip next weekend and couldn’t be more excited. Thank you all for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

First servicing of our travel trailer with Fraserway after leaving a long term relationship with other Okanagan RV Dealership. Doyle, in Service, was very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and the pricing was exactly as discussed throughout the process. Had an enjoyable time dealing with Doyle. Now if only Leaf, in Sales, could come up with an older, traded in 5th wheel that fits us ( as Leaf is well aware LOL : Cougar 27SGS or 29RES or same floorplans in another Keystone or Forest River product ) .... :)

Ok. Needed to “Summer-size the LTV. Called in on the Holiday Monday. Was told by lady manager, come on down. Arrived an hour later, in immediately. During the wait, asked them to add something, fill fresh water tank, check that the instant Truma was working properly. All good. During the wait met the new GM. Good talk. Obviously interested in my comments of the LTV RTB and after purchase rv training. Staff and GM very easy and friendly. They

We purchased a new RV from Fraserway. Brennan ensured that the protective coating we ordered was perfectly applied. The orientation when we picked up the RV was comprehensive and it dovetailed with the great information in the Pleasureway manual. We feel confident about to operate the unit and we look forward to many years of comfortable camping.
