Salesman Brennan was very professional and helpful in suggesting accessories for the LTV Unity TB van we purchased. The orientation session was well done but a lot to absorb.
Would highly recommend dealing with Fraserway Kelowna as our experience with all the staff was excellent
Sales staff was attentive and knowledgeable. They showed us the ins and outs of the RV prior to taking ownership. It was an overall great experience!! Thanks Fraserway!!
Melissa was very helpful in finding the right trailer for us. She even lined up bringing in the unit we wanted from an out of province location and did not charge anything extra for it. The purchase experience was very efficient and friendly.
We originally were looking at used RV. With Brendan’s help we narrowed it down to Leisure RVs in the fall of last year. Then we figured out we like the FX model layout after finding several used units in Langley at Travelland RV.
In further discussion we somehow decided on maybe a new model since Brennan mentioned they maybe able to arrange to change one of the unsold preordered models to an Unity FX.
There was a lot of back and forth in making the arrangements since late last year which Brennan was very proactive on.
In the end between my wife, Sherri and Brennan they made me accept spending from the originally $100,000 to $150,000, to over $300,000. Time will tell when we sell it or exchange it if the net cash difference is positive or negative.
The whole team at Fraserway are friendly and pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our 3+ hour tour of the FX with Doug which was very helpful.
Dealing with the staff in the Service Department.
RV was brought in for steps that were not going out; initial diagnosis took 90 minutes, then back for the repair which involved re-checking and removing-taking apart wiring harness and re-assembly to get steps to work. It was an expensive repair, just over $600 in total.
Nadine the service manager went above and beyond. Her genuine friendliness and positive “can do “personality are great. Got our rv done on a tight schedule so we didn’t miss our camping trip
Thanks so much Nadine. We are definitely “happy campers” 😀
My wife and I are from Saskatchewan and while in B.C. two weeks ago had to get some unexpected work done to our LTV. The service department in Kelowna found a way to get us in and out in one day so we did not have to interrupt our trip. Brennan Garrett from sales took us through the process and gave us a little bonus for having come in. Our deepest thanks to Brennan and the service department. Their help greatly assisted our enjoyment of time in Kelowna.
Service department made a effective effort is really understanding the problem I was having. Having the tech come out and "see" what I was talking about was very meaningful to me.
All front-end staff with whom we interacted during our purchase process were very helpful and professional. We really appreciated all efforts everyone made to ensure our needs were met. The FW showroom is spacious, modern and inviting.
Service staff have worked very dillegently to correct a few issues with our new RV, and we appreciate their professionalism also!
Sales Rep Rich has been very informative and supportive during our purchase of our RV. He has made the move move into buying a RV for the first time very easy. Also the support staff has been very good too.
Nadine in service was excellent to deal with. The unit I had purchased to be installed wasn’t in so they upgraded my unit to a better one free of charge.
The staff were accommodating with our schedule and worked with us.
The whole project cost more than we expected and was more work than they expected.
I guess our only negative would be that we paid 919. for work that actually did not fix the problem, and so in the end we had to do what we should have had done from the get go and could have saved ourselves that cost. Nadine was very good about crediting us half of that expense but we still paid for work that didn't actually fix anything.
Aside from that Nadine was good to work with .
