We purchased our RV from a third party but the support we were given goes beyond what we’re used to. Thank you for all your help. I appreciate doing business at Fraserway Kelowna, and the staff is always very good in saying that I have noticed in the last few years at the service department is getting very very expensive. But in saying all this for now I still do business there and I’m giving you a 10 because of the staff still out weighing the expense.

I'm working on my 5th RV purchased through Fraserway RV, a 5th wheel, two A-class motorhomes, and now into my 2nd travel trailer. I've always found Fraserway's service department to respond pretty quickly, always courteous and knowledgeable. I like that I can detail my service requirements via email and receive back an acknowledgement of same. I've always felt confident that I'm getting 'honest' and best service. RV service is not inexpensive these days and I know that Fraserway treats me very fair wherever possible.
