Subsequent to our first (less than satisfying) experience, we have received excellent customer service: - had nearly an hour call with the GM who appreciated our concerns and clearly followed up with staff - received a phone call from our sales person to inquire what happened immediately after noticing that our trailer was still on the lot. She continues to follow up with us to ensure that everything is ok and address any ongoing concerns/questions - the service manager gave us a thorough walk through and explained what was done to address the wheel issue. He also had the faulty door handle replaced. - the tech was very friendly and once again walked us through the hitching process.

The purchase of the trailer was flawless from the minute we talked to a salesman. Jesse was not pushy, listened to what I was asking for and did not try and sell me something I didn’t want. Levi in financing was amazing to deal with . Made everything go through smoothly. Zoey was very knowledgeable and fantastic when she did the walk through of the trailer with me . I can’t remember the young guy that installed the blue ox hitch on the truck but he was great and set it up perfectly and explained the system to me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

I was having problems with the RV jacks and the service center took my RV in right away and did a diagnostic check. The problem was solved and I was given a quick tutorial. All of the personnel treated me with respect and with a genuine interest for fixing the RV. Greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
