The process of booking on the website is very straight forward. The RV had plenty of horse power considering it was a 32 footer. The pickup and drop off process was very easy and quick. Drop off was especially quick and stream lined bearing in mind the fact that we did have the RV fully cleaned ie outside lockers/cupboards etc were swept out and clean. We had a couple of reasons to call the on road help. The second time we had a very helpful girl who talked us through fault finding an issue of getting the sides in and out and fault finding fridge and ceiling fan issues. More than happy with all aspects of booking the RV with Fraserway.

We had a great experience taking the Fraserway Truck Camper out on the roads of Alberta and BC. The truck drives smoothly and the camper offers lots of space on colder evenings and rainy days. When we encountered an issue Fraserway Roadside Assistance replied right away with advice.

The Introduktion in the car and the Camper should be better, especially for first time Camper. Some other Camper helfend us out how to start the refrigator again. And also the Motor Break and how to block a gear should be explained especially when driving through the Rockies. Especially the Ford 350 Lariat is a very good Truck for a TC. And the Camper was enough for us two.
