The staff were friendly and very helpful. Although there was a problem with some of the equipment in the RV we rented, I was very satisfied with their polite and prompt response. I’d love to rent the RV from Fraserway RV again!

Great value for money, the RV was spotless and it handled everything it needed to. The small class C has some limitations (mainly the beds and the limited water tanks), but the price still makes it a compelling option.

Sehr lange Wartezeit bei Übernahme ( mehrere Stunden ). Blackwatertank war bei Übernahme nicht zur Gänze entleert. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gut ausgestattetes Fahrzeug. Keine Probleme während der Fahrt. Fast alles nur positiv.

Ease of booking and smooth pickup. New and clean units, comfy blankets and convenience kit items. The whole experience felt like there was more care and attention to the process than the other rental options. A set of tongs in the convenience/kitchen kit would have made it even better

Nice and spacious RV. Good quality beds, and sufficient inventory. Clean RV. Small issue with rearview camera solved via service partner along te route. Waiting time for picking-up the RV was way too long, the transfer ws 1 hour and 15 minutes late, we had to wait for hours to get our rented RV. We spent more than 4 hours at teh office waiting for our RV. We reserved our transfer at the hotel in Calgary at 1000 AM and we left with Fraiserway pas 4 PM with our RV. The return of the RV however was well organized and quick.

Sehr gute Erklärung des Wohnmobiles in deutscher Sprache vor Ort in Calgary, unkomplizierte Rückgabe in Vancouver/Abbortsford. Wir waren begeistert vom Slide out, dadurch hat man soviel Platz mehr zum Bewegen. Der Camper hatte eine super Ausstattung, Schlaf-und Sitzplatz waren sehr komfortabel, die Küchenausstattung mit den Utensilien und der große Kühlschrank waren perfekt für die Selbstversorgung, auch das Bad mit Dusche und WC waren eine tolle Einrichtung. Würde ich wieder buchen!
