Pickup in Edmonton service was friendly, fast and efficient, when I said the only thing missing was a coffee maker (a French press is included) they produced one which made my trip. Drop off in Calgary was busy but didn’t take long and shuttle was quick too. We paid for Fraserway to pump out but we ended up doing it so we were reimbursed for that. We plan to go east next year and will definitely rent Fraserway RV again.

Everything The motorhome was clean and just what I was looking for The rental staff were friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. At check out they asked all the right questions, so that I knew how to work every aspect of the equipment and answered any questions I had. At check-in it was very busy but the staff were very organized and made my wait short and again these people were a pleasure to deal with and they all have great personalities. I would recommend using Fraserway to anyone. The competition has a long ways to go to catchup.

This was my first RV rental and the staff at both ends of the experience was so friendly and helpful. The RV was in a very good condition, clean and well stocked with everything we expected. It was all you wanted for a holiday road trip across the Canadian country side.
