The process of renting was seemless. We were first time renters and were not sure how to go about it. We were well received, oriented with a very pleasant staff member called Carrie. She was kind, knowlegable and ready to answer our many questions. We had a great expereince and vowed to camp every year with frazerway. highly recommend.

Our van conversion rental experience was excellent! The van was easy to drive and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We found the layout great with a bright open space during the day and large bed at night. We needed the generator several times to charge phones and iPads and were surprised at how quiet it was. We were impressed at how much storage room there was and appreciated the little things that were supplied like a broom, dust pan, pail, toilet paper, rubber gloves etc. The fridge held a surprising amount of food and the propane stove worked well. Britta gave us a thorough orientation to all the features of the van. She was delightful to interact with: patient, upbeat, and knowledgeable. Similarly, when we returned the van, Elke was very helpful in pointing out tips to make our experience next time, even better. Both ladies were friendly, approachable, and you got the feeling that they really wanted you to have a great van camping experience.
