Our experience with Fraserway was great. We would say that there were only two minor downsides with our two rental experiences this year. One was that there wasn't the inventory to have our first choice of vehicles for the dates we wanted, so we either changed the vehicle or changed the dates. The other was the wait time when picking up the vehicles. Our second time (this one) was much better than earlier in the summer when we had to wait quite a long time. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the vehicles were reliable and in good condition, and enjoyed our experiences with the vehicles and Fraserway. One suggestion we could make to improve on would be for the website to be more intuitive and informative, however it worked well enough. It would also be helpful to make clear that the Edmonton location is only for sales (and not rentals), and the Leduc location is for rentals (and sales).

Carrie (we had the most email contact with her), Elke and Britta looked after us brilliantly. Whenever we had any questions, they were answered very quickly and we felt very well looked after. The briefing with Britta by the car and the final check-over with Elke were excellent. Both are very helpful and explained everything to us really well. There were no problems at all. Even the ‘glitch’ with the odometer on the handover form was sorted out quickly to our satisfaction. We’d love to come back.

We rented a motor home, easy to drive and set up. It was nice to have a warm place to stay no matter the weather. Fraserway were very flexible; we were running late for our scheduled pick up time and we kept in touch with them and they accommodated us. The review of the motor home was well done and thorough.

Schnelle und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Fahrzeuge könnten etwas besser gewartet werden, bzw kleinere Schäden im Wohnmobil konsequenter beseitigt werden. Zum Beispiel war die Anzeige für Blackwater defekt und zeigte immer voll an obwohl der Tank leer war. Ich würde aber immer wieder bei Fraserway buchen... H.Müller

Clean and big Camper, nice kitchenequipment. good bathequipment. When raining enough space to be inside. Beds were comfortable, enough blankets for cold nights. Drivecomfort was good as well.
