We were given the opportunity to do paperwork online; watch orientation videos to familiarize ourselves with the type of motorhome we would be renting prior to the pickup date, and on the pickup date everything was reviewed concisely and efficiently in a friendly but assertive manner plus we were given a “ hands-on” operative demonstration of the unit and any questions were answered! It gave us confidence for our trip, which allowed us to relax and enjoy!!

What we enjoyed most was the friendly and attentive service throughout the whole experience. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The RV itself was excellent: it was very well equipped with everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. We didn't experience any issues or defects during our trip, which made for a very enjoyable and worry-free vacation.

Great support from Call service and Edmonton team. Calgary team was not as good, but we managed to carry on with a few vehicle defects. 11.30 drop off time is too early for RV drop off however, it is not like checking out of a hotel. Customers are traveling from campgrounds often far from drop off location including cleanup, prep and more. This is intrusive and was our only note/complaint or reason we may not suggest or use Fraserway again

Online booking information and processes were clear and easy. Check-in and return were quick and efficient. I needed a service action along the way, and stopped into the Fraserway at Cookstown, ON where the Rental and Service staff were exceptionally helpful and had me on my way again very quickly.

The process of renting was seemless. We were first time renters and were not sure how to go about it. We were well received, oriented with a very pleasant staff member called Carrie. She was kind, knowlegable and ready to answer our many questions. We had a great expereince and vowed to camp every year with frazerway. highly recommend.
