Vehicle was very clean and convenience package included virtually all necessary items. With the exception of a couple minor issues everything worked very well. Vehicle had better gas mileage than I expected particularly on the scenic routes where speed limits were lower.

We had a wonderful 2100km road trip vacation around Nova Scotia. Both transfers worked out well and on time. Our short whatsapp chat w/ the road support team worked out very well and solved a little issue very fast. Though, the handover could be a little more organized. We also "couldn't" use our city water connection, because it was explaned as a maintenance connection only and not for customer use!!!! Our 2022 RV w/ 74K km was still in good solid condition and served use well during our holiday. BR [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

Your customer service was very kind. The run through at the start was great and answered every question. The only downside was that it took over two hours to pick it up. It was a busy day with multiple pick ups but that delayed our first day. That is a lesson learned for us to budget our time differently.
