We picked up our motorhome at Fraserway on Oct 8 and were very pleased with the vehicle. The explanations went smoothly with knowledgeable friendly staff. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. The bedding was comfortable and more than we needed was supplied. Our drop off was uneventful except I left my jacket in the van when dropped off at the airport. I called and they made a special trip back to give it to me. I feel they went above and beyond for their service and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to rent an RV

We enjoyed the complete Equipment. The RV was lean when it was Zander over. What I missed was a little more „Style“ - the cuttlery was mixed together, so Setting the table for a nice Dinner was kind of a challenge. The fuel consumption (around 25 Liters/100km) is outdated, why Not a nice dieselengine? I recommend some improvements for doing the appointment process for handover. We had to waiting about 2 Hours, until we got treated - quite a long time to get started for the Trip.

friendly staff and accommodating treatment of problems We were not entirely satisfied with the navigation and the faulty USB connection for Carplay, as well as the condition of the RV handed over, otherwise it would have been a 10
