Your customer service was very kind. The run through at the start was great and answered every question. The only downside was that it took over two hours to pick it up. It was a busy day with multiple pick ups but that delayed our first day. That is a lesson learned for us to budget our time differently.

Very much appreciate the option to rent locally here in Halifax from Fraserway RV. I also appreciate the military discount which made this a little more affordable for my family. We rented the Class C Large which was comfortable for 5 people (1 adult, 2 grandparents & 2 kids). The unit was fairly new, I believe we were only the 3rd renters, and therefore worked well. Check-in and orientation was quick and easy, however return took significantly longer due to an overlap of check-ins and returns. This could have been more streamlined but overall our experience was extremely positive.

The whole experience was very good.
Starting from the online-booking, through scheduling the pickup, getting the RV all the way to returning it.
The RV was in a very good condition, the bedding & kitchen were more than sufficient, and the service by the staff at the Halifax rental was professional & friendly.
We used to have a travel-trailer, and we're aware of how things should work, and what it takes to maintain an RV, and the team at Fraserway are doing a good job at it.

The easy booking process and quick response to our questions. Also great instructions and impressions online.
With the current fuel prices it could be a good idea to look into more fuel efficient options that are still comfortable enough.
Also, I wonder why it's not possible to empty the black and grey water tanks on Fraserway premises. (Not being able to do so, seems to be common practice for rv rental companies around the world).

We rented an RV for the first time, and it was a great success thanks to Fraserway. The RV was perfect for four people — very comfortable and well equipped.
Check‑in was easy even though the office was busy; the staff stayed calm and very professional. They took the time to explain how everything worked, and honestly, the RV is very simple to use.
The return process was just as smooth. We even took some time to visit other RV models for our next trip. Once again, the team at Fraserway Halifax guided us and explained the different types of RVs available.
We highly recommend Fraserway. The experience exceeded our expectations — both the RV itself and the people we met.
