Fantastic experience with Fraserway. Our RV was spotless, reliable, and yes, Fraserway actually lets you use the awning! That alone felt like a small holiday dream! Shuttle and handover were smooth and perfectly on time. No stress, no drama, just keys and good vibes. The Cooktown crew is a highlight. Super friendly, professional, multilingual and even fluent in 'Boarisch'! You don’t expect that in an RV rental, but it absolutely made our day.

This is the 3rd year we have rented an RV from Fraserway. It is easy to book and pick-up the RV. Trudy, at the Cookstown (Toronto) location, has been wonderful for the 3 years we have rented from Fraserway RV. Service is great and the RV is outfitted with everything we need and we will continue to use Fraserway-Four Seasons RV in the coming years.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff at pick-up were friendly, helpful and really informative, and the RV was in excellent condition. Drop-off was quick and easy; they went through any issues we’d had and followed up on everything promptly. Excellent service all round — we would 100% book with them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a plumbing issue with our camper and your technicians worked to rectify the issue in Quebec. Despite the good work they did to address the complex problem it was unresolved. A replacement camper was dispatched from Montreal to Quebec. The support we had from your Contact Centre staff was exceptional, so too your technicians in Montreal.
