The service on pick up was excellent. The lady we spoke to at the front desk (Andrea) was extremely helpful as we had a rather challenging day leading up to the collection. She help us find and book a new RV campsite as we had to cancel ours due to the wildfires. The young lady who showed us around the RV for the handover was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Again we had to change the booking to accommodate additional people of the first night, which sorted for us. The quality of the RV was excellent, clean and fully equipped. Well done all at Frasierway RV on an excellent service. Can’t wait to come back and hire from you again.

The most incredible customer service and the RV’s are so well looked after and very clean. The staff working are all friendly, polite and want to get you on your trip as soon as possible. Return was also very quick. A mention to an amazing bus driver in Calgary that dropped us off to the airport as he stood out as being so genuinely sweet.
