I love the fact that vehicle is in great condition and I have complete confidence in its performance. Also the reservation/booking team is so amazing at accommodating any type of travel plans. Caroline really worked hard at figuring out which vehicle and a compatible time line. Laura is quick respond to any of my emails. Margaret at Cliveden was super helpful and informative regarding my upcoming rental as well. What a great team!

The pick up was smooth and easy. The vehicle ran well, even though there were a couple of glitches such as the awning not working properly the the doors wouldn’t lock. Fortunately, we were in a very safe area and did not feel that this was an issue at the time. We enjoyed our camping experience and drop off was very easy.

The only complaint I have is that I had to change a flat tire in a remote location (Liard Hot Springs) and found the spare only had 35 lbs pressure. I was fortunate as a passing motorist had a portable compressor able to increase it to 50 lbs. I recommend that the spare's pressure be checked regularly.

We are a retired couple from the UK and this was our first ever holiday in an RV. We were celebrating our love of travel and we chose Canada as our 100th country. The staff at Frazerway were all lovely. Leon handed over our RV on pick up day and was extremely thorough in explaining everything to us which we really appreciated. We soon got the hang of everything and had the most amazing 23 days seeing the beauty of British Columbia and Alberta. We loved the freedom that the RV provided. It made the journey so much easier as we could stop off for breaks if we felt tired and we had everything with us. We ordered the kitchen, bedding and towel kits and were pleasantly surprised with how much stuff was provided. Every thing was in good condition and the RV was clean. We covered 3500km on our total trip which also included ferries to Vancouver Island. The RV return was very easy too and again we were met by extremely friendly staff. After dropping off the RV, Frazerway took us to the airport in their free shuttle bus. Thanks to all at Frazerway. Our trip was amazing🙂
