Everything from the check-in to the checkout process was smooth, friendly and hassle free. The vehicle itself has no issues, everything worked and instructions were also very clear. The process and people came across as fair and transparent. Overall very pleased with my first time RV experience in Canada went so well, and tha is fraserway for helpline create wonderful memories for my family. Very happy to recommend you to my family and friends.

A few improvements are possible: the lock on the camper door didn't work properly, the dump hose was leaking (which was quite annoying), and the refrigerator handle broke off. Small things that cause some frustration, but otherwise only positive comments. The vehicle performed excellently. A definite added value is that the camper was ready at our first campsite upon arrival, allowing us to spend the night there so we could leave immediately the next day. All in all, I would definitely recommend Frasier.

We had an outstanding experience with Fraserway RV from start to finish.
We booked our RV around six months before our trip, and throughout the entire booking process their team responded quickly and professionally to every email and phone call. The handover process was thorough, clear, and gave us complete confidence before setting off.
The complimentary shuttle service to and from our hotel was the icing on the cake and made the entire experience even more convenient.
The RV performed flawlessly throughout our 3,300 km journey without a single mechanical issue. Of course, you’re not driving a Bugatti, but considering the size and purpose of the vehicle, the driving comfort was surprisingly good and made for a very enjoyable trip.
We never needed to contact Fraserway for assistance during our holiday, but based on our experience before and after the trip, we have no doubt they would have been there to help if anything had come up.
Returning the RV was just as smooth and hassle-free as collecting it.
Before booking, we narrowed our choice down to Fraserway and CanaDream. We ultimately chose Fraserway because, according to the insurance terms we reviewed, they were the only company that provided coverage for damage during reversing manoeuvres. As this was our first RV trip, that extra peace of mind was an important factor in our decision.
Overall, we can highly recommend Fraserway RV. They delivered excellent customer service, a reliable vehicle, and a stress-free experience from beginning to end.
