Everything was great. Communication before the trip was excellent, quick, and easy. The vehicle handover went very smoothly and everything was clearly explained. The English manual was clear and easy to understand, so we quickly learned how everything in the camper worked. The vehicle was in great condition and worked perfectly throughout our entire Yukon trip. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Fraserway RV. Thanks to this great experience, we are already planning to come back to the Yukon again.

We rented a camper twice this summer, three weeks out of Halifax and three weeks out of Whitehorse. Thomas in the Whitehorse location was a rockstar; thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable, and customer focused. Minor issues were addressed appropriately; and the touring experience outstanding.

The service was excellent and hassle-free. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The briefing and the return of the camper were handled professionally—and in our case, in German, which made the experience even more pleasant and easy to understand. We had absolutely no issues with the Truck Camper during our 5,000 km road trip and would book our next trip with Fraserway again.

Easy reservation, pick up and drop off. We appreciate the early pickup time of 830 (compared to competing rental companies). Staff at the Whitehorse location were very helpful and efficient. RV was in good condition. Very clear instructions on how to operate the RV. We had a great first RV experience and will be back!

Whitehorse area was beautiful! The RV was really clean when we picked it up. The blankets were great. The RV itself was quiet and warm when sleeping. Good amount of equipment provided for the kitchen. i appreciated the overview when picking up the RV to learn the basics. bed was comfortable.

Excellentes explications en français lors de la prise en charge du véhicule à Whitehorse. Véhicule très propre et en bon état. Très bon vidéo explicatif lors de la réservation. Service de shuttle très pratique pour l’arrivée et le départ. Nous étions 6 personnes dans le VR Adventurer et tout s’est très bien passé. Bref, équipe très professionnelle, sympathique et véhicule fiable. Super compagnie 5 étoiles ⭐️.

I am happy with the Truck camper overall. The staff were very good. The onroad support staff were good but the service available was very limited in the Yukon. It seems we were pretty much on our own. That is to be expected with the limited service option along the Dempster but perhaps a mobile rv tech would help should problems arise.

Thomas, the manager in Whitehorse was amazing His customer service was excellent right from the very first phone conversation. Thomas went out of way to get our Fraserway RV truck camper 2 days early. The details of the rental agreement, the orientation of the truck and camper were very clear and thorough Thomas make arrangements for us to have our personal Class C motorhome in storage in a secure location while we rented the Fraser RV Truck Camper. Our 2 week rental and trip to Dawson City all the way to Tuktoyaktuk on the Arctic Ocean was flawless. And when we returned the truck/camper RV, it was Thomas that was right there to check everything over. 10 Stars for our Fraserway RV
