We had a wonderful trip in the Yukon and Alaska. Pick-up and return the vehicle was simple and handled professionally. The vehicle was equipped with Toyo tires, a standard that should be the norm at Fraserway. Our truck camper had a bunk bed, which we found very inconvenient and impractical. This was our first time RV experience and it was amazing as the Fraserway RV rental was so good in getting us prepared and walked us through all the details in operating the RV. We enjoyed the guidance and the advice from Fraserway RV rental. Besides, the staffs at Fraserway RV rental were so professional that they could answer all our questions and resolve all our concerns. Last but not least, the check in and check out processes were so smooth that they were well above our expectations. The complimentary shuttle services provided the most convenience to us that we would never forgot. Overall, we had enjoyed a wonderful and memorable experience with Fraswerway RV rental for our first RV trip.

We had a great experience with Fraserway and the truck camper we rented for our trip across Canada. The camper was well suited for our journey, and we were very happy with the overall service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, both during pick-up and when we encountered technical issues during our trip. We really appreciated how professionally and efficiently everything was handled, which gave us peace of mind while travelling. Overall, we felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend Fraserway to others. We would happily rent from them again on our next trip to Canada!

Better sensors of black en grey tank its confusing. We did like the axe for cutting fire wood. We had a truckcamper en more shelfs in the closet is handy en someting that hold your clothes if you on a dirt road everyting will fall down. We had a fantastic time in Canada we did see orka whale en bear eating salmon

The arrival worked very good, calm and with interest. The explanation of the van and the systeem was very clear and questions were answered. On the way(4 weeks) we had some problems witch dont need direct action, otherwise we had phone the shop. Maybe is it an idee, to give a form to fill in and file the problems. Wich wil be delivered by returns. Wen it is a return dat it is so busy that we forget to tell al the problems. The return was at a very busy day but it went very good, oke some waiting time. Wen we plan a next trip it wil be with Fraserway. Thanks for the service.

Helpful service, few road restrictions, and the newer condition and good working order of the RV. Also the manual, training videos, and walk through at pick up were helpful since I didn't have any experience with RV's. There were a few things that could have made it even better. The fridge had a musty smell and the table didn't seem very sturdy in the upright position. We worked around the fridge by keeping things in zip lock bags or containers with lids. For the table, we just tried to be careful not to bump it because it would spill the coffee in the cups. We never me needed to put it down in the bed position.
