My purchase of the Trek Marlin 7 was an excellent experience! Everyone that I spoke with during the purchase and delivery was extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to wait for the bike and shoes to be shipped to the store. The expected arrival dates were communicated clearly to me and the communication set my level of expectation. The fact that it was my first visit and you all had the inner tube I need for my electrical scooter which I really need at the time was so helpful. The staff there on this past Sunday 6/29/2025 was awesome. They were very helpful w/ me and my family w/ the knowledge concerning our bikes too. I will use Trek as my provider concerning my bicycles going forward especially since the Fredericksburg, VA. location is very closely to my house.

Staff was very friendly and professional, as well as very knowledgeable. Super helpful and didn't push anything on me; rather, listened and helped me with what I wanted first, and then offered some great suggestions for future products and services!
