My husband and I stopped in to look for an E bike for myself. We ended up leaving with two! There were two employees both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all the questions we had. We even left, went to another store and came back with more questions and they answered all of those questions!! All in all, we love our bikes; we love the services we received, and we would absolutely recommend them to other people!

I had a fantastic experience at Trek Bicycle of Fredericksburg. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and genuinely supported in the buying process. The employee who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and—most importantly—not pushy at all. He truly put the decision in my hands. Instead of trying to upsell me, he asked thoughtful questions about what I planned to do with the bike and then provided clear, helpful information so I could make the best choice for my needs. I really appreciated how educational the experience was; he took the time to explain bike maintenance and what to expect as an owner, which made me feel confident and prepared. What really stood out was the personal touch—he even introduced me to the bicycle mechanic who would be working on my bike if I ever bring it in for service. That level of transparency and care speaks volumes about the shop and their commitment to customers. Overall, this was a top-notch experience. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Trek Bicycle of Fredericksburg more highly.

Outstanding technical expertise and customer service, especially Gary Minter. My bike is always in perfect condition after coming back from your bike shop. I love to ride but don’t have the time to do the required maintenance myself. The Trek team gives me great support and always has me back in the trails fast with a fine tuned rig ready for smashing rocks and roots.
