I felt welcomed the moment I walked through the door. I needed a kickstand and a water bottle holder installed on my wife’s Trek so that we could ride the Capital Trail together out of Jamestown the next day. Oliver dropped everything he was doing to help me out and get these items installed. I was so impressed with the customer service and the pleasant experience with Oliver that you now have a customer for life. I won’t be going anywhere else for bike service ever again. We’re coming in to buy my Son-in-law a bike for his birthday in July. Thank you Oliver! Your the best!

The staff were very friendly and eager to assist me with answering all of the questions I had about getting my bike serviced in their shop. I was also thinking about doing some upgrades and received a very detailed and well put together estimate for the upgrades I wanted from Mr. Minter. All around a great experience and will be a repeat customer for when I am ready to make that upgrade to etaps.
