My husband and I purchased an e bike. The 3 men working that day were very helpful and answered all my questions. They installed lights that we bought for the bike and a water bottle holder that we also purchased. One of the men helped my husband load the bike into our truck. Their customer service was 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend to anyone needing to purchase anything from Free Flight.

Bought my trek ebike from them a few years ago, & now have had my skis tuned up. Always friendly, knowledgeable employees. It is within an hour drive for me- so pretty conveniently located compared to larger chain bike & ski shops.

Free Flight has knowledgeable staff that does really well with high energy kids. My son is very high energy and passionate about bikes and it’s hard to take him to a lot of stores because they almost always get mad about something. Free Flights staff wasn’t just understanding, they seemed genuinely happy he was there. We weren’t sure if we were going to get him another bike, we honestly were just looking to see what he wanted for his birthday. He was able to touch everything, test the bikes and found the perfect one for him. The fact that they weren’t concerned about bikes being damaged, to us, meant the quality of the bikes is of no question.

You had the Sidi MTB shoes I couldn't find anywhere else on Closeout at half the price. I called in to confirm you actually had them, and the guy I spoke with was very friendly and checked and confirmed you indeed had them. Ordering was easy, the shipping label was printed the day I ordered and they went out the following morning. The shoes arrived perfectly packaged and were exactly what I wanted. I'm stoked to have found you guys and have bookmarked the site for future purchases. 10/10!
