I had my ebike worked on and when I picked it up it wouldn’t work. I’m not sure how but the one motor cable was loose. I rode the bike there so it was working when I dropped it off. The guys at the store were very polite and helpful, they went online researching the code my bike was flashing. In the meantime I was able to find the problem and got it working so all is good. I love the store setup and will have to check it out when done. I shopped at Bike Shack for probably 45 years. So I am partial to going there. they have been known to put me ahead of the line at times. I work on bikes but I outsource wheel trueing I have yet to figure that out. But I definitely like your store as well. Now don’t get me started about Bicycle World.

The gentleman who signed my bike in was very knowledgeable and offered several suggestions/ options. I am happy with everything except a little concerned with new tires holding air. They changed out the valve stems from presta to traditional and I've had to add air multiple times in a week!😪
