Josh was very helpful setting up my new Bosch Kiox 500 display and controller for my Trek Powerfly E bike, he made sure I wouldn't leave until all the components were updated and synced to the Bosch e-bike smart system and operating while using the app, he is a good man and knowledgeable with these components, I highly recommend Free Flight for all biking needs!

I was shopping for an electric bike, which I don't know anything about. I rented one and loved the ride but wasn't comfortable for they didn't have a bike that fit me, The customer service was great. He listened to my concerns, needs and wants as well as explained the different bikes.
