What I am about to state is a fact, not an opinion. Free-Flite Bicycles, the Canton Road location, has the best service department in the Atlanta area. Their mechanics check all the boxes: (1) incredibly technically skilled, (2) great listening/communication skills, (3) the entire service department runs efficiently like a well-oiled machine, (4) always consistent either meeting or exceeding your expectations. Bobby helped look over a bike I purchased on Facebook Marketplace just to make sure it was ready to ride on any trails. I am very much a beginner and he took the time to provide recommendations and help me pick out a helmet for both myself and my daughter. While we were talking he mentioned all the ways to learn more about the mountain biking community and opportunities to learn about maintaining my bike for free. On top of this, he saw me struggling to get my bike set up in our van and came out to give me recommendations on how to put it away and keep my car and the bike safe. It was a great overall experience and I look forward to riding and coming back!

The service shop took the time to check out the problem with my MTB and fixed it within 5 minutes and then explained what he did so I could make the adjustments on my own if I ran into the same problem again.
