The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked with a variety of bicycles and other equipment to help customers make a better choice for their needs as would not be the case in a more limited stock shop. The facility had an in-house maintenance service. The staff was knowledgeable about not just the merchandise but bicycling and local options in the area for riding and happy to answer any questions. I enjoyed that the store was a bicycling dedicated facility and not a jack of all trades site that happened to carry bikes. I have already shared the experience with friends in my church who were interested in knowing where the shop was once I described your store. Thank you very much. The service is legit and definitely gotta bring my bike by here way more often 💯 I’m the type to leave my bike unserviced and just keep riding knowing full well my bike may fall apart lol. But these guys definitely know what they’re doing and will make your bike feel like a whole new machine🔥

I have only gotten good service from this bike shop for my old Schwinn bike which I got at a garage sale many years ago. They are so reasonable on their repairs and adjustments that it's not worth it for me to do anything myself. Thanks, Free-Flite for keeping me going!

EVERYONE that I spoke to was extremely professional and helpful the technician statrted working on my bike before I could leave the service area he was precise and very knowledgeable he explained in detail what was going on with my bike, As I walked around the store the staff was very helpful with any questions that I had it was a great atmosphere with great people and I will return for future bike services.
