Friendly and very fast service! I glad I went to this location and dropped my rear wheel for repairs. Other bike shops close to home estimate repair time two to three weeks… I guess we all know where I’m going to take my bike next time for service…

I went into the store with nothing more than a flat tire that I couldn't fix myself. The bike mechanic spent a lot of time with me, showing me how to change the tube and giving me tips on doing it myself. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. She definitely exceeded my expectations.
We recently bought two Trek verve bikes, Trek WaveCel Helmets, and various other accessories at your Sandy Springs store. We had really good service, especially with Art Trevino, who helped us select and fit the bikes, as well as the guys in the back who did final check-ups on the bikes we got and installed accessories. We also got great sale prices on the bikes (thanks, Trek) and some of the accessories. It's been a long time since I've been bike shopping and y'all made it a great experience.
One other thing. We ordered and paid for one item online, with delivery to Sandy Springs. The item (a Yakima TubeTop) got to the store a day before it was supposed to and we got a call right away that it had arrived. Again, very good service. I'm looking forward to visiting Free Flite again for service and more bike stuff.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me to select the correct bike and size. I have tested 4 different bikes Art assisted me all the time I was at the shop. The techs installed a Bontrager speed and cadence sensor and had some difficulties with the sensor, replacing it with a new one. I would not have been able to resolve the problem by myself if I tried to install it by myself. Once again big THANKS to your TEAM.
Great people and great service. The team at Free-Flite do great work on my bike even though I originally bought it from elsewhere. I trust their opinions and come in often to keep my daily commuter gravel bike rolling smooth.
