Fast, efficient and professional service. I expected to drop the bike off and come back in 1-2 days, but they took time to diagnose and fix the issue during my initial visit.
Having used this company for years to fix and give advice about my bikes/helmet/accessories, the staff have become friends. They go above and beyond just “doing their job”. I highly recommend this company.
I had just bought my ebike a week ago. Front brakes weren't working at all. Back brakes, hanging by a thread. I rode my bike after work, to REI to get a brake adjustment. The guy said my rotors were so far off, he didn't feel comfortable, & he rejected service on my bike. So I sat there, dejected, but I remembered a customer mentioned you as I was discussing my bike issues at work. So I rode over to you. Teresa initially gave me the same look as the other guy, but, instead of simply rejecting service, she tried to at least do what she could. & after a bit of work, more than a tiny bit, she was able to get my brakes on the right path. Not only that, we talked about bigger rotors options to give my brakes a little more grip & longevity. I'm more than appreciative, as that now I have plans for action, for myself & my bicycles safety!! Price for adjustment, especially as bad as my brakes were, was very reasonable. & I made sure to leave a few bucks for the "Coffee Pot!!" Thanks Again - Romeo

Best service staff! Friendly, helpful and actually LISTEN, even to a perpetual amateur like me. I don’t take this for granted: I’ve been to shops that seem to lean in to the serious cyclists.
i definitely want to support my local bike shop, as i have done since you opened this location (at least three nice bikes and a lot of accesories and tuneups)
however, its difficult to do so when you don't have the inventory.
i came in yesterday at noon for shoes, cleats and pedals.
left with just pedals, since you didn't have shoes in my size and couldn't find the cleats i needed when i was there.
i'm not saying this to criticize, just to talk about somehting you prob already know is an issue.
if a customer came in to buy a new road bike after i left at 1230 yesterday, you couldn't set him up with pedals since i took your last set of Keos.
while someone did call me back later to say you found the cleats, i had already ordered them on Amazon.
