Shout out Teresa, she is very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I found out how strong she is when my old hands wouldn't cooperate with me and got her to get a new tire on a wheel! I've been a big fan there at Free Flight since around 2021, the whole crew is great, but special thanks to Teresa!

i definitely want to support my local bike shop, as i have done since you opened this location (at least three nice bikes and a lot of accesories and tuneups)
however, its difficult to do so when you don't have the inventory.
i came in yesterday at noon for shoes, cleats and pedals.
left with just pedals, since you didn't have shoes in my size and couldn't find the cleats i needed when i was there.
i'm not saying this to criticize, just to talk about somehting you prob already know is an issue.
if a customer came in to buy a new road bike after i left at 1230 yesterday, you couldn't set him up with pedals since i took your last set of Keos.
while someone did call me back later to say you found the cleats, i had already ordered them on Amazon.

I was in the market to purchase an e-bike after selling my car and needed a way to go short distances to grocery store, etc.
Art was very thorough and kind showing me how to operate an e-bike. I test drove a bike in the parking lot. I bought the bike choosing another color. We explored helmuts and was fitted with my choice of style and color.
My niece was concerned about the bike fitting into her suv and Art graciously offered to transport my bike on his bike rack to my apartment since I was within 10 minutes from the store.
He instructed me about future adjustments or service and told us about websites for further education and spoke about bike clubs for kids, which my niece has a 12-year-old son.
All-in-all a very positive experience and would recommend them to any bike enthusiast.
A recommendation for this bike shop came from nieces neighbor who bought his bike in Chile and they were happy to help him with service.
Thank you Art, for a great experience buying my first e-bike!
