Iā€™ve always loved Trek bikes ā€“ the quality, performance, and design are second to none. On top of that, the service at Trek Richmond is next level. The technician I dealt with was knowledgeable and knew exactly which parts were needed to get the right outcome from my recent bike fit. What really stood out was how accommodating the team was ā€“ I called up and they were happy for me to bring the bike in straight away. That kind of customer service is rare these days and genuinely appreciated.

I love Trek Richmond because they know how to look after their customers. Their knowledge and advices really help to get the most out of our bikes.
