I purchased a Trek Domane SL 5. John the salesman’s service was second to none. He took the time to explain to me what my options were and I was able to test ride in store for a best fit. When I picked up the bike we went through a complete and thorough fitting to which John made sure that I was completely comfortable prior to leaving the store. Overall extremely satisfied with the professional approach by John at Trek Richmond, would highly recommend them.

Friendly, especially to an old bloke miles outside your target demographic who wanted some bits he didn't understand for his new stationary bike. Especially - in light of the above - it would seem unlikely I'm going to be a repeat customer of any note.
