They greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered to help me right away with my bike that needed work. They had all the new parts that needed to complete the work and was a quick turn around!! They had me back up and riding the next day!!

Courteous, cheerful person answered the phone when I called to see if Sat afternoon was such a busy time; would early next week be better for a flat tire repair?She said either day would work. Many offers to help us senior citizens get bike from our vehicle into their shop. Prompt attention to us. Good amount of staff members on duty assisting clients. Tech listened intently to my answers to his questions and looked at my two receipts about previous flat tire repairs. He went off with my bike and fixed it. He showed me and explained the problem. While I was waiting, I could observe the techs helping others. They seemed skilled and intent on solving whatever problems were presented. Although we weren't looking to buy, I was amazed at the many types of bikes available. I would definitely go there again for any bike problems and would recommend the establishment for anyone for purchase or repair.
