Paul in the service area does a great job! Very thorough and checks all functionality of the bike. I came in for a simple fix and he found a cable issue which would have been much tougher to fix if left unattended.
I brought in a bike that I recently purchased that was having issues with the dropper post. The on duty tech diagnosed and fixed it in about 10 minutes which was a huge relief! I was scheduled to leave for a bike trip in a few short days. Service has always been top notch and I really appreciate it. This is how you build loyalty in customers, thank you very much!

Mike was amazing! Unbelievably knowledgeable about all things foot/shoe/bike related. Been having pain in my foot for years, he ran me through some unique tests during my fitting adjusted my clip position, seat height, changed insoles and poof…..pain is gone! Mike is a wizard and will have my business for as long as he’s around.
