Even though I arrived at the store within 15 minutes of closing time, Paul immediately was able to work on and provide a temporary fix for my old Rans Stratus recumbent. This help provided in a timely fashion was truly appreciated, since I know that bike shops are very busy and sometimes the wait to get help is long.

Experience with service only and we were very happy with how we were treated. We came from a smaller shop that could not repair our bike expecting to pay for an expensive replacement. They did not agree and diagnosed a much smaller problem that was fixed while we were in the store. A few miles for us to drive, but my now go to shop.
