Everyone was very kind, attentive, and helpful. They updated me throughout each step while repairing my bicycle. They gave me an estimate for each step, and asked how I would like to proceed. They communicated by means of phone call, and text message. Sad they are leaving the West Bank, but I will continue to support them.
