Bike was ready to go when I got there. Sales person was going to sell me an extra innertube, but forgot to get it and I left the store without it. I now will have to pay full price versus the 15% off on the day I bought my bike.

Taylor and the whole team are awesome. Super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I called and described what was going on with my bike. I was advised to bring it in. Upon arriving at the store, the team was able to diagnose and make the quick fix in under 15 minutes. While we waited the staff were very courteous and considerate by checking in to see if we needed any help. Always a great time at Freewheel Minnetonka. I have been to so many other bike shops in the Twin Cities and I don't even get a "hello". At Freewheel, everyone is always ready and willing to greet me and help me. Will always recommend Freewheel to everyone and anyone!

While not the biggest on-floor inventory, the staff know how to work with you on bikes of similar sizes/specs if needed to then order in other equipment to test ride. No pressure, just knowledge.
