Curt was extremely professional and helpful, as usual. My step-son Jason wanted a new bike and was leaning towards something less than ideal, but Curt was able to quickly determine what he really needed. Jason is very happy with the bike. The Minnetonka mechanics assembled his new bike the same day, which I really appreciated.

you carry beautiful bikes. we needed one for a kid and i appreciated the chart you have out showing wheel sizes. i did feel a little "sold" - like our rep wanted a quick sale, didn't really lay out costs (e.g., here's a lower priced model, here's the midsize, etc) and being there alone w/3 kiddos meant my child was most interested in the one presented first. while it's my job to get the price i want, i was told this was a kid-friendly shop and was a little surprised. we also didn't get much advice/support on learning to ride, what we'd need to know, etc. the sales rep we got when we came in to pick up the assembled bike was MUCH more helpful. i don't want to post this review publicly but i do want you to know if we had gotten the same rep both times, I wouldn't recommend this shop to someone.

I went to Freewheel wanting to buy a Trek bike. I was not interested in an e-bike. Curt Hall did a masterful job of working through all my objections and test riding the bike sealed the deal. Not only did I buy a Trek e-bike for myself, but also for my wife. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
