Your service is excellent!
Your big mistake was taking out the big leather sofa and replacing with hard uncomfortable chairs. Of course this is just anecdotal, but I see about half the number of customers there since you took it out.

Zane at the service dept is a rockstar. He got me In Right away addressed the problem with a temporary fix, and ordered my new part all under trek warranty. Great communication about the status of the part and scheduled me a follow up apt. He was not there at the install of the new part, but everything was flawless, and took less time than I thought.

In my opinion Freewheel is the best bike shop in the world. The bike team is thorough in their repair work. They know bikes, They ride bikes and they love biking! You can trust their recommendations.
I also appreciate the way the staff invites you into the biking world. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, they are also friendly, encouraging and extraordinary humans!

I appreciate that you’re located right on the Greenway and that you are open but taking the pandemic seriously. The bike test ride and purchase went smoothly and efficiently. Patrick was polite and professional when I called the day before to confirm that the bike was on hand. Brent was super helpful day of and helped me get the bike in the car when I realized I didn’t bring a tool along to remove the front wheel. Allison was great via email with a follow-up purchase that I will pick up at the Minnetonka location this week. Another satisfying set of transactions.
