I had a drop post that I wanted installed. Tech was honest and said they could try to refurbish it but it minor last long. I appreciate when a business looks out for my interests. After all, I don’t have the experience or knowledge to make that call. I depend on the shop. I’ll be back.
You looked into my problem with my shoe, and it seems to me that the manufacturer did not get back to you folks. You refunded me, which is fantastic, and above and beyond in my experience. Staff was very knowledgeable as well :) I will be back often, Thank you!
Greg, the bike department gentleman was amazing!! He really took the time to speak to my son, and talk bikes and what is new and different.
That stands out as most adults dismiss the kids and talk to the adults. I was not buying the bike, my son was.
Greg should be noted as an asset and also how kind and professional he is in sales. There was no pressure at all, my son said that this was the best service we have ever had.
Always excellent customer service and a friendly knowledgeable team.
One suggestion though, maybe delay the automatic “thanks for your purchase” email for at least a week or have a way to de-select that email going out if the bike is a gift.
My bike was a birthday surprise. My birthday is Saturday. I got the email yesterday.
