Consistent professional and friendly service! Top of the line products and staff that have the expertise to personalize your needs. My purchases over the years have included swim wear and accessories, cross country skis, snow shoes as well as a road bike and bike apparel and accessories. I like to have a selection that varies, and I love to support local business; Fresh air offers some gear not available at other local merchants. The atmosphere is very nice and most of the staff is kind of friendly, and helpful.

It is a very personable experience and watching other customers come in and be dutifully attended to was reassuring. My bike took longer than anticipated on initial setup. But, the ride home was sublime.
