The service at Friar Tux is unmatched. Tux rental fit perfectly, and I had zero issues with a semi-quick turnaround. Would recommend to anyone looking at rentals, or suit options.
We used Friar Tux for our wedding on 09/21 and overall the products were excellent—the tuxes looked sharp and fit well, which helped make our day memorable.
That said, I think the service experience could be improved if staff were more consistent and on the same page. For example, when I called the Anaheim store, I was told they couldn’t take payment over the phone and directed me to call a different number. Because there wasn’t an option to keep my card on file, my groomsmen were confused at pickup and had to use their own cards instead.
We also had mixed experiences across locations. My brother in Oregon had no issues receiving his tux, but my cousin in Washington called on 08/21 for delivery and nothing was sent—we ended up picking it up in Anaheim. Another friend in Texas provided his measurements over the phone but was told everyone had to come in-store for pickup. I can only assume this may have been after the shipping deadline, but clearer communication would have helped us prepare.
In the end, the suits themselves were great and the wedding went smoothly, but tightening up communication between stores and ensuring consistent policies would make the process much easier for future wedding parties.
I wrote a review on Yelp and Google the day after the event. Everything went well. I had my Yelp review noted by a FT employee. A couple days later I am asked via email to do a yelp or google review. today, I receive a survey.
Great experience, but this part gets a little annoying.

No question the store in Anaheim was perfect.
Service was fast friendly inconvenient.
It's the closest friar tux to me but even if it wasn't I would definitely drive there.
