The staff was friendly and helpful. The one thing I did not like was the appointment scheduling. I scheduled an appointment, but when I got to the rental store I had to sign in and then wait to be helped. I waited 30 min. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if I have to wait to be helped when I get there for my scheduled appointment?
My sons pants were embarrassingly short. Being good to be about 2 1/2 inches longer
Which is substantial for a 5 yr old. I do take responsibility and I should have tried the pants on before the wedding date but I really thought Friar tux would have provided a high-quality service for such an important day.
I hate giving such a low rating but the customer service was truly awful during our entire experience dealing with Friar Tux. There are literal high schoolers working at the location when we went to, and they have no clue how to measure properly. They give you attitude when you ask any question also. I just think they should go through a little more training. It would’ve been fine if the people working didn’t have such horrible attitudes.
Friar Tux accommodated me when I needed to rent a suit for my son for my grandmother’s funeral. His dad was able to have him fitted at a location near him and I was able to pick up the suit at a location near me. This was very helpful during this stressful time. The day of the viewing, my son tested positive for covid and was unable to attend the services. Friar Tux provided the best customer service and made the return very simple. They were very sympathetic of the situation and I appreciated the help they provided during this difficult time.
Faith was an absolute hero and a doll on the day of the wedding. I needed to pick up suits for the other groomsmen, but there were a few parties in front of me. She recognized me from my sizing and my own pickup a few days prior and asked what I needed help with because I looked stressed and she saved the day by taking a few minutes to assist myself!
Wait times in the stores were atrocious. Our Las Vegas fitting took well over 2 hours with 2 associates just talking and not helping size us. Communication was challenging at times.
