The scheduling and fitting are horrendous. For example, my situation. Out of town wedding and so we would have to leave Thursday night/Friday morning. Final fitting is Thursday, with expected arrival of the suit at 4PM. I get to Friar's at 2:30pm after hearing potential issues about sizing but the suit wasn't ready. Returned at 7pm to find that the suit size was too small and leg length is too long (and your team had the audacity to say that's why most people come in earlier... like you mean 2:30pm? or did she mean 4pm where most normal people are still working). Suit size error, maybe, I mean technically, you shouldn't since you guys are the pros and the years of experience should minimize this error (I didn't get gain, considering I've lost weight since the initial visit). But the pant length being incorrect? That's absurd!
Maybe make sure to measure a few times to make the fit is right or maybe it has to do with what was delivered to the store but either way. I had to get a replacement coat 3 times meaning I had to go back to the store three times to get it kinda right I ended up with a modified tester coat for the wedding I was in. The shirt was also a issue that was fixed right away. It was a very frustrating experience, one that I feel was handled wrong more than once. I was not the only one in the wedding party who received the wrong size. Which makes me think that there is a Issue that should be looked into, so no one else will have the same experience that I did.
