The customer service was great. The fitting went well. I actually went to Men’s Wearhouse first, but experienced terrible customer service and was basically ignored when trying to get help and ended up at Friar Tux instead because you guys were across the street. My experience at your establishment was night and day compared to the nonsense. I dealt with at the other store. Thanks again for making it a painless process.

I was impressed on how sleek & impeccable my sons suit looked for prom! Received so many compliments! Suit was crisp clean & service at your Riverside Ca location was amazing 👏🏽 I applaud the staff! I would encourage friar tux shop to check in on their employees at this location given the store can feel really stuffy & hot! I'm surprised on how their employees are able to work like that, especially living in the IE where it gets very hot! The AC at this location should definitely get serviced & heck turn it at a lower temp! For the sake of the staff & customers
