Service and convenience. I rented a suit for my daughter‘s wedding and was traveling. Loved it that you were able to ship my suit directly to me. Also, I had selected the wrong color tie and called your customer service and they were able to help me match the color I needed by an online chat and they sent it out to me the next day. Wonderful service! and of course, the suit looked great.

Appointment making was easy. We received prompt service for fitting. Pick up and drop off were easy. We needed a slight adjustment with my son's pants and they fixed the issues very easily and in plenty of time before the event.
