The entire process was great. From getting our group order set up, to the measurements, explanation of timeline, and final delivery of the suit was all clearly explained and done timely. We were helped every step of the way and the process was so easy. Big shout out to Gabe at the huntington beach location. He was the absolute best along the entire way. Gabe called me multiple times to give me updates on who still needed to get measured, who hadn’t picked up, etc. He also gave us really great advice when we were trying to pick our color combos out. Gabe’s professionalism and help during this process has made it so i will always be going back/recommending Friar to all of my friends

Easy to use. Plenty of parking. Sincere support staff. Good quality materials- suit looked great. One thing I would do different is make sure the sales rep and fitter go over every piece of item with the customer. At no time did anyone show me a bow-tie. After I made my reservation, and after I tried the suit on in the store before the event, I did not know I was getting a bow tie. I ended up having to go back to the store to pick up a straight tie. if I had known I was ordering a bow tie, I would have changed that from the get-go. Also, I decided not to rent shoes because I have many pairs of dress shoes, but it would still be helpful if the sales person can say what color of shoes go well with the suit rented... For confidence sake...I wasn't sure my brown shoes were gonna work after I got the suit home. Thanks. I will definitely use your store again.
