The service was friendly and accommodating. Both guys were very helpful and friendly. They made the experience of getting our tuxedos easy. We did shop at a place prior and the experience was not as good and it felt like they were doing us a favor. I kept telling my son who was the groom to try Friars and we did.

Gabe was so professional, helpful, and courteous. We didn’t know exactly what to wear to an upcoming event but Gabe guided us through the process beautifully. All employees were extremely helpful and polite. Everything was ready on time and the return was easy as well. We appreciate the level of customer service and will definitely be back.
